Perhaps I should find a resigned acceptance that we are screwed like you have.

Is this the path to wisdom then?

A nihilistic acceptance of the futility of it all because we are powerless?

I said we are screwed if and when anyone hits that "red button" you argued the democratic nations you consider hidden theocracies are most likely to hit. I don't think we're screwed at all if we as a globe keep advancing towards human rights based governments like the democratic nations have and are attempting to do. I'm powerless against decay and death, like every living thing; I'm not powerless in my daily struggles and choices, and I'm thankful every day that I live in one of the places on earth where I have more choices big and small than most human beings have ever had in recorded human history, not to mention a pretty decent standard of living if I work hard and don't get greedy. Not too nihilistic, or would you call me a cynic or a realist?

What I understand from your reply is that you are content in the belief that your chains are slightly more shiny than what some other people are wearing.

In that scenario you have a higher perch to fall from and will hit the ground much harder.

Especially now since the 'democratic republics' are importing those very people.

I'm already on the ground. My chains are my physical form, same skin suit we're all wearing.

Then we are in agreement the Palestinians have a right, oppressed as they are to fight their oppressors.

Yep. And they have the "right" to lose the fight, too.

So you're going with might is right then.

I see.

Are you for real?

Have you not been following the likes of Klaus Schwab and Noah Harari?

Ever heard of the WEF?

How every government jumped on the covid Bandwagon?

Climate change?

Digital currencies?

The depopulation agenda?

We're not going anywhere in the direction you're talking about.

You're selling a fairy tale and it makes me question who it is I'm speaking to right now.

I'm going with "in a conflict, the conflict keeps going until someone either wins or compromises." So far in the Israel-Palestine conflict, it keeps going. Compromise has failed many times, so unless something changes it either keeps going or someone wins.

Jesus could you give me any more of a non-answer than that?

Your last few replies have been very Mary Poppins.

Don't throw any more clichés my way.

Because you are unwilling to address the issue of the atrocities Israel committed first against an indigenous population in 1948.

Giving Palestine to the Jews was a mistake and the first thing they did when they got there was to murder them.

They do not have a right to the land.

They have never been prosecuted for their crimes against humanity.

But you want to dumb it down to "oh they've always been fighting let them sort it out" because you're too invested in your beliefs to have an honest conversation about it because then you would have to admit you're supporting the bad guys.

Bad guys who came to an unsuspecting populace and killed them, men women and children, with flamethrowers of all weapons.

Raped the women.

Threw them all into shallow mass graves.

But you're ok to let this play out 'organically'.

There's nothing democratic about your system.

If you're an American you're under the most warlike system in the world, for profits but dressed up in meaningless terms like 'operation enduring freedom.'

You won't admit it, because the truth sucks now doesn't it?

The Jewish people never entirely left their land. Some always remained.

Unless Lebanon is now open for grabs because far more Lebanese people live outside Lebanon than in the country?

Those who remained lived in harmony with their neighbors.

They aren't the problem.

Orthodox Jews are not the problem.

In the year 2003, this is what Hamas did to the civilians of Israel. But you're okay to let this play out "organically."

No. That's on you and you alone.

I'm for a ceasefire.

A safe return of the hostages. I'm against Hamas and the IDF killing the hostages.

Once they are safe back home, a peaceful solution must be saught by both parties.

Do you believe we live in a world where killing people solves problems?

Do you believe your fed owned corporatocracy has any qualities left resembling a democratic republic?

The world needs to change.

For that to happen we need transparency and the veil to be lifted on who the true power brokers are.

Right now more than their riches they value the ability to operate from the shadows.

Why would you just echo my words back to me when we could be having a conversation about a world where all parties involved could live in peace?

The world has never before been held with such a strong grip in the control of so few elites.

If you're cheering them on, why?

Mark my words, the people who call the shots doesn't give a # about the common people of Israel.

Before this blows over many more Israeli's will die and they will have engineered the circumstances and allowed it to play out as it will.

You only think you're picking a side when in fact they are playing both sides up against each other.

Compared to what it pretends to be.

Your democracy, like mine, is a joke.

A sham.

The "Palestinians" are not indigenous. They are transplants from all over the Arab world.
Calling for a ceasefire does nothing to produce peace. A ceasefire for Isreal is a chance to reload for Hamas. You can want both parties to come to the table to broker peace all you want, but when Hamas openly states that there shall never be peace so long as Isreal exists, you're wanting for something that can never happen.

Having a conversation about a world where all parties can live in peace is a great thing to talk about, but it's a fantasy that won't ever exist. Is this the place to discuss fantasies?

Hamas and the Palestinians already said 'no' to that.
They will have nothing except the extermination of Israel and the Jews.
People in the West say things like 'both parties must seek peace'.
Like Hamas and the Palestinians are going to listen to them. They won't.

There was never an honest approach by Israel and you know it.

The question is will you ever be able to admit it?

Israel offered the Palestinians 95% of what they wanted.
Arafat said NO.
There most certainly WAS an honest approach by Israel.
The question is will you ever be able to admit it?

My statement stands.
The Palestinians and Hamas have said "NO" to peace.
They continue to say "NO'.
They only want the destruction of Israel and the death of all the Jews.
They proclaim this proudly.
