That is how. I also said in certain cases maybe bombs could be used, but only in cases where they know with absolute certainty that there is ZERO risk of civilian casualties.

That said, I wouldn't trust the Israeli government any more than I would trust our own government with being able to make any such guarantees,

The pictures I posted reveals there must have been thousands of special cases where bombs needed to be used.

We see lot's of bombs falling.

We see entire area codes reduced to rubble.
