Donald Trump has never won the popular vote. He didn't win the popular vote in 2016 and he didn't win it in 2020.

I don't know who won the national popular vote because of the millions of unvalidated signatures on millions of pandemic excused mail-in votes that states were not prepared to validate.

The 2019-2020 Congress was way more successful at getting legislation signed into law despite the fact that the Dems had a more narrow majority in the House than the GOP has now.

That would indicate that the Dems were more willing to compromise with the GOP than the current GOP is willing to compromise with the Dems.

Congress 116 had 344 laws 2019-2020 Senate R House D
