More repetitive opinion?

Other "arguments" aka "opinions" are just as valid and saying they have been "refuted" doesn't make that so.

I have yet to see how you might propose to negotiate with Hamas given that their whole ethos is to wipe Israel off the map etc as per their Charter.

I am stating some facts regarding the reality of war. The mass killings of innocent civilians are war crimes. There is no 'alternative' explanation on this particular issue.

There is nothing wrong with repeating these are war crimes and not acts of self defense.

Here is one of your compatriots on a British TV interview arguing that the acts by the Israeli Army are war crimes as it collective punishment.

youtu.be...

James Schneider is his name and he is a British Jew.

Other Jewish people have expressed similar opinions.

www.theguardian.com...

The death toll from airstrikes, already at unprecedented levels, had reached more than 2,200. That included 724 children and 458 women, the Gaza health ministry said.

At least 2,200 Palestinians dead.
At least 1,200 women and children dead.
Clearly those dead can't be Hamas Militants as they are children and women or other innocent civilians (mostly)

It's clear there are thousands of people dead and the UN has said this is a humanitarian crisis.
No water, no electricity, no much food, no much petrol.Collective punishment is a war crime.
I am sure that even you can see it.

Whose count?

Then Hamas shouldn’t hide behind human shields.

Maybe.

It becomes hard when the majority of another country is aligned against Israel, in this case.

Collateral damage isn’t a good thing. But, in this case, it’s conceivable that >90% of the population actually align with Hamas.

If true, then yeah, it is collective punishment - because they are collectively aligned.

Israel was all rose cheeks stupid with other illegitimate Muslim extremist terrorist backed states recognizing them recently like in 2021 with Kosovo.

Why the hair blown back shock now?

Man, your post is hard to make sense of...

Kosovo is recognized by all of EU and about 20+ other countries, so what is your point? As to "illegitimate Muslim extremist" I'm assuming you mean the Syrian rebels. The same ones the US backed and it seems they gave medical aid to all that needed it whether the rebels or civilians.

No it’s not.

You need to recheck your info before posting as if it’s a fact.

Not all of E.U recognizes Kosovo. Spain and Greece don’t for example. Neither does Slovakia and Romania and Cyprus.

Many other countries around the world don’t recognize it either.

For good reason.

Any E.U country that recognizes it, it’s because of pressure. You think Hungry for example gives a flying F*ck about Kosovo and the influx of Muslim migrants/refugees there over the years?

CLOSE ... last known poll of Palestinians put it at 89%.

Free Beacon - 89 Percent of Palestinians Support Terror Attacks on Israel

Nearly 89 percent of Palestinians support Hamas and other terrorists firing rockets from the Gaza Strip at Israeli civilians, according to a new poll conducted by the Palestinian Center for Public Opinion (PCPO).

The poll of 1,000 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip found that 88.9 percent of those surveyed supported "the firing of rockets from Gaza at Israel," according to the findings.

In the other thread your arguments have been refuted.

You haven’t refuted anything. A false statement by you where you should be able to provide quotes here to back it up.

And you again tried to change the subject.

The question you ignored to answer..

So. Appeasement didn’t work to stop Hitler. So how is appeasing to terrorists set on jihad that use human shields going to solve anything?

How do you stop Hamas jihad without killing human shields Hamas is hiding behind. The death on civilians in Gaza is on their government lead by human using human shields.

Your narrative of Israel indiscriminately targeting civilians is wrong. Israel is going after the soldiers and armaments of Hamas. Military targets. Targets Hamas places in civilian places they have no business being. Equipment that is used for the sole purpose of launching attacks against Jewish civilians.

If Israel was indiscriminately civilians, Gaza would have been leveled by now. Israel would be using different firing solutions/firing strategies.

The numbers come from the Palestine Ministry of Health which has been directed by Mai al-Kaila for the past 10 years.
Prior to that she was the Palestinian ambassador to Chile, which also has the largest Palestinian population outside of the ME

Wrong.... I asked for a palestinian king... not a canaanite king! The Canaanites no longer exist!

This is psuedo b0ll0cks!!! You're really reaching!!! Look at the lengths you go to in order to somehow take the side of Hamas! From the river to the sea. ALl your arguments have failed so you revert to an ancient biblical people that no longer exist in any way shape or form!

The canaanite child sacrifice, worship of idols, language, currency, flag, writing, song.... what exactly do the palestinians share? Nothing!

I realize that Ben was right! 3 days is the limit of human endurance before people go back to their old habits!

Also, remember that Hamas is preventing people from leaving and is demanding everyone stay in place. That double flatbed of 70 people which Hamas said was an airstrike, was not done by Israel, nor was it an airstrike. It was a very localized attack with only the flatbed attacked, I wonder who would do that?

This is historically false

These people lived in these lands since before the ottomans, since before the bible was written.

They are refugees now because of the treaties and pacts created by people who made claims to the land and without for regard for the people who lived there.

The arabs are probably mad because some zionist jews are still trying to fullfill a command given to abraham by god to wipe out the canaans which they failed to do but think that building the third temple will absolve them and save humanity.

The caananites were killed off. the "palestinians"are claiming relation to the philistines.
Alll lands were formed from conflicts and their peoples not having a say of how the land was used. the leaders usually ignored the lesser people on their lands. Might made right back then.

The Arabs came AFTER the hebrews/jews as well as the quran came after the bible. The arabs were NOMADIC and didnt settle down. The arabs just refuse to even accept rules of conquest their own profit prescribed.

ahhh so you dont like the true historical context, nothing i can do about that.

The genetic link from canaanite to Israelis and Palestinians is real

pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov...#:~:text=Archaeologic%20and%20genetic%20data%20support,Anatolian%20peoples%20in%20ancient%20times.

Archaeologic and genetic data support that both Jews and Palestinians came from the ancient Canaanites, who extensively mixed with Egyptians, Mesopotamian, and Anatolian peoples in ancient times.

I never changed my stance on wanting the Palestinians to be free nor have i ever supported hamas. Your inability to distinguish between the two is your own fault not mine.

Edit to add : @yuppa, this was a response to another post but i added you after the comments were posted in regards to the history of the people.
They make the claim for a reason and there is evidence to support it

We also need to understand it was the Ottoman Empire for 600 years.... 600 years... An area covering 5+ countries of today. The only people we could say are truly from the Isral area are the Jews as everyone else were nomads covering a very wide area.

Genetics do not apply. National sovereignty applies! Has it ever existed? and if so, who was its king/head of state?

According to your logic, i have land in Africa that belongs to me because i share the same genetic markers as the first evolved homosapien that came out of Africa!!!

Then why were there kings of long raized cities which were recognized by other kings of the time, before the israelites invaded?
And this is not simply biblical text, there are artifacts and ruins to support this

factsanddetails.com...#:~:text=From%20what%20scholars%20have%20been,in%20what%20is%20now%20Israel.

the Canaanites were a largely urban people that originated in eastern Syria, migrated southward along the Mediterranean lived mostly between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean in what is now Israel.

I definitely don’t think Israel is without sin. But people that don’t understand Hamas is a whole magnitude or two more depraved than Israel and make excuses for Hamas are sickening.

I think at this point it's only you and maybe a few others who refuse to accept there are thousands of dead Palestinians from the air strikes.

Here is James Schneider who is a British Jew and member of the UK Labour Party who argues the Israeli Army has committed war crimes

youtu.be...

As time passes the death toll increases and as it stands it's about 2,600 on the Palestinian side and 1,400 on the Israeli side. That's a humanitarian catastrophy I am afraid.
