You are wrong.
There is a federal death penalty. So your assertion that the feds say it's unconstitutional is objectively false.
Nope.
Kennedy v. Louisiana, 554 U.S. 407 (2008), is a landmark decision by the Supreme Court of the United States which held that the Eighth Amendment's Cruel and Unusual Punishments Clause prohibits the imposition of the death penalty for a crime in which the victim did not die and the victim's death was not intended.

I could not find it readily to reply to that member.
You said the fed government determined the death penalty to be unconstitutional. You were wrong.
So you have any sources to back up your claim?
en.wikipedia.org... United_States_federal_government
deathpenaltyinfo.org... ty
Both sources go nowhere.

Still you're unable to justify how a child rapist will now commit murder
Use your head! If a witness can get "you", a vile criminal, killed, you, a vile criminal, will make sure there are no witnesses.

Not what you said earlier....
"they have no other choice but murder and hiding the body"

Both sources go nowhere.
You ask about sources when you provide unsubstantiated theories for which you rely on to construct absurd arguments.

Is it not absurd to think that a rapist would never kill their victim if there was a chance of getting caught and they would face a death penalty? Which is the more absurd?

There's no justification other than self-preservation.
As if killing a child cannot get you the death penalty and as if there is no way to determine if rape had been committed before the act of killing. Or even after that.

There's no justification other than self-preservation.
And if we take into account the psychological makeup of a rapist is it really a farfetched idea that their deviancy and selfishness would not extend to killing for self-preservation?

This post doesn't make any sense. You've completely missed the boat here.
Dead children tell no tales.

Again as above because your argument seems to be the same and with the same levels of absurdity.
As if killing a child cannot get you the death penalty and as if there is no way to determine if rape had been committed before the act of killing. Or even after that...
According to you you will now rape and kill and you will pray to God you are not get caught...
If you rape and kill then you definitely going to get the the death penalty.

Only if you get caught, and dead children can't talk. Ever hear of missing children?
