Still you're unable to justify how a child rapist will now commit murder

Use your head! If a witness can get "you", a vile criminal, killed, you, a vile criminal, will make sure there are no witnesses.

You are wrong.

There is a federal death penalty. So your assertion that the feds say it's unconstitutional is objectively false.

Nope.

Kennedy v. Louisiana, 554 U.S. 407 (2008), is a landmark decision by the Supreme Court of the United States which held that the Eighth Amendment's Cruel and Unusual Punishments Clause prohibits the imposition of the death penalty for a crime in which the victim did not die and the victim's death was not intended.

You said the fed government determined the death penalty to be unconstitutional. You were wrong.

So you have any sources to back up your claim?

en.wikipedia.org... United_States_federal_government

deathpenaltyinfo.org... ty

Both sources go nowhere.

You ask about sources when you provide unsubstantiated theories for which you rely on to construct absurd arguments.

It's his claim. While it makes sense, and I don't disagree, I didn't make the claim.

I did say that the law makes rape victims, and their family's less safe, and less likely to report the rape.

Still you're unable to justify how a child rapist will now commit murder, and because of this massive unsubstantiated assertion, the death penalty shouldn't be applied in cases of child rape.

As if killing a child cannot get you the death penalty and as if there is no way to determine if rape had been committed before the act of killing.

You have used this unsubstantiated hypothesis to propagate an absurd argument that had no basis in anything. There are only two of you who have used it but it's absolute nonsense.

Not what you said earlier....

"they have no other choice but murder and hiding the body"

As a theory, if they did feel they had no other choice to murder the child ... we posited that as a theory, again, possibility vs. probability. Not sure why you can't accept that.

Do you think that no rapist would ever think of murdering their victim to avoid the death penalty?

What is the possibility vs. probability of that happening?

There's no justification other than self-preservation.

They make sure there are never witnesses around without a death penalty looming over their heads. Now with a death penalty looming over their heads is it not reasonable that there is a possibility that they would want to make sure they would never be caught? I mean it's not rocket science.

Is it not absurd to think that a rapist would never kill their victim if there was a chance of getting caught and they would face a death penalty? Which is the more absurd?

There's no justification other than self-preservation.

And if we take into account the psychological makeup of a rapist is it really a farfetched idea that their deviancy and selfishness would not extend to killing for self-preservation?

This post doesn't make any sense. You've completely missed the boat here.

Dead children tell no tales.

Again as above because your argument seems to be the same and with the same levels of absurdity.

As if killing a child cannot get you the death penalty and as if there is no way to determine if rape had been committed before the act of killing. Or even after that...

According to you you will now rape and kill and you will pray to God you are not get caught...

If you rape and kill then you definitely going to get the the death penalty.

A tale doesn't convict you on its own.

A dead body is a very different story to a tale.

I think you shouldn't have involved yourself in this thread trying to argue that child rapists should not receive the death penalty. Your claim is absurd Nd has no basis.

Your posts seem to be more of a confused nature, so I will end this by saying...I believe it is NOT farfetched that the psychological state of a rapist would change to become more violent or self-preserving with the death penalty hanging over their head.

Telling a story hasn't convicted anyone.
As before

As if killing a child cannot get you the death penalty and as if there is no way to determine if rape had been committed before the act of killing. Or even after that.
