That's the thing, your questions are open questions, they bring open answer you don't understand the context in which i answered your question or just dont like, them not my problem.
Try closed questions, they might work better with closed minds
Im sorry for wasting your time...

I call it what it is, one user avoiding answering questions they don't have the answer to. Even though they claim humans are "defined in more ways than sexual reproduction" , they have nothing to go to after that so they refer to backhanded insults and attempting to make themselves appear to have the "upper and"

Frakking insane!
Physical sports of course need to be gender seperated, with trans having their own category that they can enter if they’d don’t wanna compete against their birth gender athletes.
But chess!!! FFS, no separation whatsoever is needed.
If women are intellectually equal to men (which of course they are) then men, women and trans should all play one another, best brain wins!
Humans are really starting to do my head in

It has everything to do with it.
The different chemical balances experienced by men and women since birth have a huge part in our development, which in turn effects behavior. The foundation of this is our genetics, which are determined at inception. These psychological effects driven by hormones manifest into things like levels of competitiveness, agree-ability, stress management and so forth which are pertinent to understanding the decision making process when playing chess. As i said, it's a nuanced discussion and we can't even agree on the definitions of the word man and woman. I'm sure there would be a more interesting debate should some members actually engage their brains rather than playing the fool.

How are the questions I ask off topic if they are in direct reference to a comment that another user has made?
Just because one or two users can't seem to understand a simple question when asked, makes me think it's more on their cognitive dissonance, rather than on me for asking "off topic" questions.

Again, how is asking a question directed at the comment of another user "off topic"?
See how you glance right over the SIMPLE questions?

So asking a question based on a comment in a thread is going off topic? Cool, guess we are all off topic all of the time. We should all be banned

The science study bears out reality but hey you do your reality and good luck with that.
If science and research were the main driving forces then what kind of science and research allowed transwomen in female sports in the first place? The answer is NONE!
They found their way in sports and female spaces via activism, politicians, and politics.

In future, don't expect me to answer all your questions when you go off on a tangent, it's just tiring...banning or not.

why do fully transitioned man keep their women's chess titles?
It seems you don't read the articles, you're just a headline parrot without any depth at all...

The word is defined by a W, followed by o, then m, next would be a and finally n.
The legal documents define your gender, no need for my interpretation that has no baring in the legal world...
Hope that helps.

A man is somone who can show me his passport and it sais man for their gender marker, a women would be someone with women noted as her gender in their passport.
Unfortunately for your argument, before a judge I'm right.
Sometimes laws are unnatural, suck it up buttercup...
