The major flaw in your argument is that a transgender woman doesn't really exist, outside a label we give to mentally ill men. Men shouldn't be playing in the women's competition, a transgender woman is a man.

My point is it does not matter who is who or who feelz like who, the game of chess when played anonymously showed in a study that both men and women played equally under certain ideal psychological conditions.

How are you going to apply rules for trans if legally it's a women?

If you are legally a women your not a trans anymore you've legally become a women with all its pros and cons.

Try and understand how the legal system works, it doesn't always makes sense but it works.

It has everything to do with it.

The different chemical balances experienced by men and women since birth have a huge part in our development, which in turn effects behavior. The foundation of this is our genetics, which are determined at inception. These psychological effects driven by hormones manifest into things like levels of competitiveness, agree-ability, stress management and so forth which are pertinent to understanding the decision making process when playing chess. As i said, it's a nuanced discussion and we can't even agree on the definitions of the word man and woman. I'm sure there would be a more interesting debate should some members actually engage their brains rather than playing the fool.

Language is constantly changing and evolving unlike some of it's users...

we get a nice example of what happens when language users resist it's evolution. They loose touch with the world around them and have to build those echo chambers where they can still feel connected nevermind that the only thing that connects them is being out of touch.
