No matter the lies you try to spin, FIDE accepts fully transitioned people to play in the category they transitioned to.

Once they accept the change from men to women or vice versa, any chess Federation banning the player for beeing trans will be sanctioned.

It sounds like protection and legal grounds to actually go against transphobes.

The international governing body of competitive chess is effectively banning transgender women from competing and stripping trans men of previously won women’s titles.

The chess federation has banned transwomen from participating in female chess competitions. That's the main news.

As I said earlier the chess federation doesn't get to determine what discrimination is. Discrimination has to be proved in the court and anyone who thinks they're 'discriminated' because they are barred from taking part in the opposite gender sports and events can go to the courts and if they do they will loose their case.

Trans people have no rights given by any laws yo participate in sports and competitions of their chosen 'gender'. On the contrary the laws are against transwomen who want to participate in female sports. They have been banned from school and college competitions in a number of states.

It seems you don't understand any of the regulations regarding transwomen and trans people. You need to come to terms with reality.

You have tried a lot of paths.
Now you have made a claim they are getting 'discriminated'. Have you seen any court of law deciding whether transwomen can be eligible to participate in female sports and competitions? You can hardly find any as discrimination is something you don't seem to understand and there are no cases against sports that have decided to ban transwomen from participating in female competitions.

Even if they were they would have been dismissed outright. Transwomen have no right or place in female competitions.

The usual accusations you're throwing have no effect in the decision making. Whether you call other phones and so on has no impact on what is happening in sports. Transwomen are constantly banned and the trans ideology has been defeated at all fronts.

Even chess has banned transwomen.

You can't get to terms with the fact your ideology is based on nothing other than empty space and fantasies or let's say delusions by adults who think they can be the opposite gender and do what they want.

There are no transwomen or transmen. Nobody can ever transition between genders. People who claim they can they're deluded massively.

You're just wasting your time arguing in favour of transwomen in women's sports when they have been banned from a number of sports over the last two years or so. It's you who is sourceless and supports the trans lobby which in turn bases its assertions on nothing but ridiculous beliefs.

It's true they don't engage in good faith when they're arguing but still they're getting their arguments exposed every time their trying to deny reality and facts. It's a one way ticket where they loose all their credibility.

Arguing transwomen haven't been banned from participating in female chess competitions is just plain denialism against all news and headlines in the last few days. But this is another blow to the trans lobby and agenda, imagine even chess has banned transwomen from female chess competitions.

It's some form of Idealism, possibly to bolster personal opinion or excuse thoughts that they find intrusive or difficult to come to terms with. Rather than their thinking being at fault, it must be the world around them.

I agree they don't care about facts but whatever the ultimate aim is, it happens through denialism of facts. For example in this thread they're constantly trying to deny the chess federation has banned transwomen from female chess competitions. Agree with the rest of your reply btw.
