Not a big surprise that someone in war with another would send a drone this day and time. Now, if it took him out...... Game changer ? I think Russia would survive it if, and when, it happens.

Russia claims Ukraine tried to assassinate Putin in drone attack on the Kremlin

The Kremlin did not provide evidence to support the claims, but said it "reserves the right to take retaliatory measures where and when it sees fit.” Kyiv denied any involvement.

Russia claimed Wednesday that Ukraine tried to assassinate President Vladimir Putin in an overnight drone attack on the Kremlin, news that drew denials from Kyiv and furious demands for retaliation from nationalists in Moscow.

The Kremlin’s accusation, made without providing evidence, was the latest in a string of reported incidents far from the war’s front lines. Kyiv said it had nothing to do with the alleged incident and suggested it could be used as a pretext for a new Russian attack inside Ukraine.

It's pretty hard to believe that Epstein died in The Toumbs after having such a high status.

They probably believed that people would embrace the idea he suffered a violent end in a terrible setting. However, I tend to put a lot of merit in Rusty's campaign, and disbelieve in the b0dydoublehandyman story.

An interesting point that Rand Paul makes is that if this virus came from animals how come no animals have been detected with it?
More significant is that scientists have not been able to take the virus from an ill person and infect an animal.

Let's all say it together, "chemical weapons are against the Genieva convention."

Declared chemical arms to be destroyed in ‘weeks’: watchdog

“More than 70,000 tonnes of the world’s most dangerous poisons have been destroyed under the supervision of the OPCW,” said Fernando Arias, head of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.

A small remnant left in the United States “will be destroyed within the next few weeks,” Arias told journalists on a tour of the watchdog’s new technical centre and laboratory facility outside The Hague.

Since the Chemical Weapons Convention, the treaty that bans the use of toxic arms, was implemented in 1997, the OPCW had destroyed 72,118 tonnes of stockpiles declared by countries around the world, or 99 percent.

This equated to the equivalent of some 175 jumbo jets, a senior OPCW official said.

“Around 127 tonnes of declared weapons remained to be destroyed at two facilities, one in Denver, in Colorado, as well as at the Blue Grass chemical facility in Kentucky,” the official told AFP.

Confirmed: Jeffrey Epstein’s History as an FBI Source Epstein was an FBI source before his 2007 plea deal

It immunized Epstein’s known and unknown co-conspirators who were credibly accused of trafficking and abusing minors, a rare and troubling agreement you will not find in any other federal non-prosecution agreement: ...including but not limited to Sarah Kellen, Adriana Ross, Lesley Groff, or Nadia Marcinkova.”

Assuming for a second this was on the up and up, it would mean the FBI determined that whatever criminal activity they were interested in superseded trafficking children to no one. Assuming what we've learned about the FBI in the last few years, it would seem the FBI wanted a leg up on the CIA in the blackmail scheme of things.

Speaking of CIA, I saw a clip of Hannity - not seen one in years, WTF happened to him??? Puffy, slurring, distorted, vacant and evidently in front of a fake live studio audience?

Completely random thought. I'd like to see folks who testify in congress to be forced to take an oath to The Constitution before testifying - protecting democracy and all. I think it would reveal a lot, as most who have loyalty to X or Y as their primary directive will resist this, those with solid intentions will welcome it.

Something interesting, mostly because I posted a meme/joke about Barbara Cryptkeeper Ferrer of LA and the meme fact checker fact checked me - such an honor. That preamble aside, it reveals a certain level of anarchy occurring. She is being sued, one of the plaintiffs, a lawyer, was denied entry to her deposition = the rules are going out the window entirely, which is something I mentioned a while back.

To add context; I was a BigLaw litigator for 10+ years. This issue came up only once in regards to AEO materials. Otherwise, I have never seen or dealt with an attorney barring a party rep from attending a depo.

Regional bank stocks continue to slide on Thursday with PacWest leading the way down 54%

Shares of Western Alliance halted -- company says it is not up for sale

Western Alliance Bancorp is the latest on the regional bank hit list. Shares fell as low as $11.46 but rebounded to $18.05 before the halt. They closed just shy of $30 yesterday and $75 before the regional banking turmoil.

Update, here's WAL's statement sent to CNBC:

"The Financial Times report that Western Alliance is considering as sale is categorically false in all respects. There is not a single element of the article is true. Western Alliance is not exploring a sale, nor has it hired an advisor to explore strategic options. It's shameful and irresponsible that the Financial Times has allowed itself to be used as an instrument of short sellers and as a conduit for spreading false narratives about a financially sound and profitable bank. We are considering all of our legal options in response to today's article"

White House says it’s monitoring short-selling pressure on bank stocks

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Thursday indicated the Biden administration is paying attention to the banking sector’s stocks KBE KRE , when she was asked if the administration was considering imposing a stop on short-selling of bank stocks like there was during the 2008 financial crisis. “The administration is going to closely monitor the market developments, including the short-selling pressure on healthy banks,” she said during a press briefing, adding that reporters should refer to the Securities and Exchange Commission for information on any possible actions. On Wednesday, a Reuters report said the SEC is not currently contemplating a short-selling ban, as worries over bank soundness hit share prices.

The Kremlin has accused the US of being behind an "assassination attempt" on Vladimir Putin yesterday. Volodymyr Zelenskyy is visiting the International Criminal Court in The Hague - where he demanded the Russian leader be brought to justice.

The White House has dismissed Russian "lies" alleging the US is responsible for a drone attack against the Kremlin.
John Kirby, the White House national security spokesperson, said there still was no conclusive evidence as to the authenticity of a video showing the alleged drone attack.

"The US has not confirmed the video itself or that there was a drone attack on the Kremlin," he said.

Moscow has claimed two drones tried to attack the Kremlin yesterday as part of an assassination attempt against Vladimir Putin.

IMF Director Georgieva: CBDCs are coming, will “completely transform the financial system”

The Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund, Kristalina Georgieva, believes it’s only a matter of time before central bank digital currencies (CBDC) are rolled out around the world and in the United States.

“The future has arrived,” Georgieva said. “Even in the U.S. where [CBDC] was for quite some time a topic of not great interest, now there is an engagement.”

Georgieva said regardless of the form they take, there is no doubt in her mind that CBDCs are the future, and the IMF has “rapidly increased” the number of staff that works on CBDCs and other forms of digital money as a result.

“We know that this is where we are headed,” she said. “It is not going to be reversed. Before the pandemic, we used to say the future is digital, and with the pandemic, the future has arrived.”

Luukas Ilves, Gulsanna Mamediieva, and David Eaves, with Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov

Gulsanna (Sana) Mamediieva is the Director General of the European Integration Directorate in the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation. Luukas Ilves is the Undersecretary for Digital Transformation at the Estonian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications. David Eaves is an Associate Professor in Digital Government at the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose. In June 2022, Gulsanna, Luukas and others met at the Bellagio Center for a convening, hosted by David, titled “Laying the Foundation for a Joint Statement on Digital Era Government.” During this meeting, Gulsanna and Luukas discussed Diia, the Ukrainian government’s app that provides Ukrainian citizens with access to more than 50 government services. This led to Estonia adopting this technology, with Ukraine’s help, to meet its long-standing goal of using digital technologies to govern more effectively.

“I believe that we should start to think of a collective digital future in terms of working together on a joint cyber agenda. Ukraine is quite a young country and this lets us develop and implement the newest creative solutions. The war that Ukraine is fighting requires making quick decisions, which is possible with breakthrough technology and the most innovative solutions. Artificial intelligence has helped us during this war, proving once more that a digital state is the most resilient one. Not least because it ensures the operation of public services and the economy. It’s the 21st century, so now’s the time for AI, UAVs, neural networks, Starlinks, and the swift exchange of valuable information. We are convinced that the future is digital, and it belongs to governments that operate like IT companies – quick, efficient, and agile. Digital governance simplifies the communication between a person and the state, makes services convenient and clear, and destroys any possibility of corruption. Digital democracy will let us include more citizens in the process. We have to build digitally resilient countries. Together we can do it even better.”

– Vice Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov

If we think that there’s a new change in the global order that’s about to happen, we’ll need to gather diplomats, economists, and some technologists to think about what we want that new order to look like in terms of what our institutions will become.

Ukraine wants to share what it’s building in the digital sphere with other states. We aim to integrate Ukraine into the newly developing European digital single market. We’re taking the lessons we’ve learned and sharing them with our European colleagues and NATO centers.

Three Parts of Cause and Effect.

Given what I just posted above, I'm not sure if this tweet is indicative of the fall, or revealing something else as it isn't a great anecdote actually - self destruction. In the past the "Hunt For Red October" had connections, but this,,, just don't see it.

That said, the Gematria is interesting.

Given Gladiator, a Gif for my friend here often posts the quote.

Gallup poll article

Digging a little into the lgbtq graph you posted from a Gallup poll.
It looks like Gen Z is 19 to 26 year Olds. The younger kids aren't even reflected in this poll, they must be "off the charts" with their representation when it is accounted for. It starts with Gen Z, 19-26 year Olds. What about the ones under 19 years old or much younger? This is looking bad, they are creating a new gender class right before our eyes.
It is an epidemic!
The question is, where were these transgender people 20 or 30 years ago? A rhetorical question of course. This is proof that the transgender movement is nefarious and evil, poisoning the minds of our nations children, to what end?
We need to help these kids, but how? They have been taken hostage by..public schools? Get your kids out of public schools, that, for now, is the only way I see saving them from this gender bending trans nightmare.

We do need to get our kids out of the public schools too. I believe this is more like they are perpetuating a lie that is going to backfire. The reason? I think that is to continue with the plan to destroy the family unit once and for all time. Without the family in people lives to educate the children properly concerning human behavior, the morals are gone or will soon become very bad. This is because the direction is based on whimsical things that political/gov leadership believes is best for society despite their actual lack of understanding the consequences of any of their decisions at all past their own glory.

I have, I'm walking The talk on this one. No way no how is my boy going to a public school, not now. I did years ago, it was different then..out 'til the street lights came on. Neighborhoods were full of...well neighbors, kids your own age. Not anymore.
Coach up my boy every day, i trust noone. Find out what his day was like. It's tough, he's very young, years before high-school so I got time to toughen him up. Gotta let him know things at a young age, tell him this world is full of bad guys, gotta watch your back. Luckily I work from home now, actually my wife and I changed our lives l have less money but more time. I know it's worth it.
He's a happy boy, a little "dude" can't imagine sending him to a bus stop go to a school where they think he's their boy...having secrets from parents....filling his mind with garbage...have him make his own way home after school then hopefully see him for dinner 'cause working long hours...that's how I grew up..minus the filling the mind with garbage part...and it was awesome, but those days are gone. Different world.
I read some posts and think, you must not have kids or you would want a more civil society with law and order and....yea borders.

Intriguing. That can be a symptom of severe trauma I'd guess. Some people regress in those circumstances. One of my rescues had reverted to a crude sort of ghetto slang dialect, it took some time to allow her to normalize to the point where she could communicate using English that I could understand. My assessment was that she had been subjected to such severe trauma that she had programmed herself deeply with ghetto slang and mannerisms as survival mechanisms. On the other hand it might have been more mundane than that, learning from her peers as a means of surviving, and lots of incremental changes that brought her to this persona that would seem wild to the typical average person. There had been trauma involved in her case as far as I could tell though. Not quite only grunting and growling, but not too far removed from that either.

In some areas you may be seeing the subculture of transients that prefer to live in the wild using primitive survival skills. That is a distinct subculture that I honestly know little about the particulars of, though I know it exists. If you use your imagination as to what everyday life might be like in that sort of scenario, it's not hard to imagine how a man or woman who lives that way for awhile would seem wild to the average person whenever they return from the wilderness.

There is also the less common possibility that some are true wild men, Paulides style. His theory on the Sasquatch, which he came to by interviewing Native American tribespeople, is that they are humans that live in the wild. They are considered another tribe by some tribes. Perhaps some of them clean up well enough to pass as regular humans with some poor table manners.

a reply to: socialmediaclown

I'm not so sure that it isn't just attrition from the elements, combined with the typical circumstances one encounters when one is transient, rather than something more nefarious. It's frankly a quiet depopulation agenda at work either way in my opinion.

Not only does "the system" not work for so many, there are also so many cracks to fall through, so many ways to put a foot wrong that will have you quickly ushered out the door and back to the gutter.

Call me crazy, but enjoying strong drink or intoxicating substances should not merit a death sentence come wintertime. Neither should having a social disease or mental illness. That's how it is though. These are our mothers, our fathers, our veterans, our crazy aunts. We should not throw these people away because they're not as good at doing the hokey pokey as the rest of us. That's pretty much how it works though.

It bears mentioning that a large percentage of the US population are not far removed from finding themselves transient. Get injured, twist off for a week and lose your job, get too far behind on the bills and you're there. If you don't own property that's paid for, you're mostly just a few months of unpaid rent from being homeless. In areas with high property taxes, even property that's paid for doesn't save you from this fate, if you have little or no income.

The most nefarious feature of this whole charade is that the human population is practically held at gunpoint, coerced to provide the manpower that props up a totally amoral, deceitful, unscrupulous system, enabling the psychopaths to commit their heinous crimes, undisturbed. The choices we have are either play the rigged, fake money game or live an impoverished life of destitution and hardship. Those are the only two options. We have so many limitations and restrictions placed upon us, you nearly have to become feral just to escape.
