I think you answered your own question, it is a dual role which is dependent on how the user wishes to use it.

For example, guns (playing the part of tech here) don't kill people, people kill people, it's just that sometimes it is justified and sometimes they are just nutjobs.

We can agree here, again rare, but I agree they are nutjobs. So are many of the power brokers trying to control the worlds population size and the worlds financial system because they think only they know what is best for the Earth.

Guy, I looked through my screenshots of Q posts and #231 is not one I took a copy of; so I can't confirm it WASN'T red before.

However, I DID have a copy of the next post, #232; which WAS RED ... indicating #231 probably was too?
