Additionally, unconfirmed reports suggest that at least five more tests occurred between 2008 and 2012.6 During its tests, the Fateh A-110 was fired from a fixed launcher similar to the one used by the Russian S-75 Guideline surface-to-air missile. The launch vehicles are probably converted Scud launchers, trucks, or Zelzal-2 launch vehicles.7 The missile entered low-rate production in October 2002 and is believed to have reached initial operating capability in 2004.

I am very familiar with the history of Yugoslavia and the NATO intervention in 1999, the history and the aftermath. I don't know what you are going on about, but perhaps start another discussion, and we can talk it out. In between times, please keep calm.
Trying to pretend that there are parallels between Kosovo and Eastern Ukraine in order to justify Russia's actions is wonky logic. Different context. That said, Ukraine's official position is that they do not recognise Kosovo.

The Basmachi movement (Russian: Басмачество, Basmachestvo, derived from Uzbek: "Basmachi" meaning "bandits") was an uprising against Russian Imperial and Soviet rule by the Muslim peoples of Central Asia.
The movement's roots lay in the anti-conscription violence of 1916 that erupted when the Russian Empire began to draft Muslims for army service in World War I.

Thanks for that.
Tajiks. They were one of the ethnic groups the Russians collectively called "basmachi" when they fought wars with Muslims in the Caucasus region in the 1920s.
Argument over religion, not surprising somehow.
Check out this quote.
