I put the responsibility to make positive changes in this area in the hands of leadership in government.
Which starts with the populace electing them.
As long as the populace electing them are ignorant (willfully or otherwise), there will be no change.
That's not true, the elected people in certain states reversed Roe v. Wade
You don't live in the US, do you?
1)The Supreme Court is not elected.
Notice STATES.
The SC kicked it back to the states.

I Made factual statements.
The Supreme Court is not elected and The Supreme Court overturned Roe V Wade.
You then said that they did not.
You are delusional if you get I "want 100% agreement" out of that.
Your statement was wrong.
You cannot admit when you are wrong, which is a sign of a fragile ego.

According to the 2021 census, 63% of Americans identify as Christian. If that's the case i find your claims highly dubious.
People governed by a belief in God rarely support abortion.
Also, i don't care for the popular opinion, just because the masses follow like a herd doesn't mean they're right. Nor does popular opinion validate anything. I think you need to consider the definition of opinion before trying to claim it can be validated.
I've had enough of the group think ideologues, there's only so much stupidity i can handle.

Like everyone else who goes through crap in their lives -- I emerged intact -- lessons learned -- self-confident -- no real regrets.
You know emotions are internal not external. No one "makes you feel".
Emotions over logic is unwise.

What is logical about not being able to admit when you are wrong?

Let's take Italy which is heavily Catholic, for the last 40 years abortion was not only legal but the cases kept rising year after year, so your "People governed by a belief in God rarely support abortion" is fantasy.
However, with Roe v. Wade repealed, now Catholic and non-religious women in Italy are finding that doctors who graduated from the Church's Medical Schools are refusing to perform abortions for mainly one reason only, that being, so that their careers won't be affected negatively because of the stigma, but some say they still stand by a woman's choice to have an abortion.
And within all of that, women and children still have to suffer inconvenient truths that most pro-lifers feel better to keep swept under the rug or deny completely.

Here are a few inconvenient truths the Pro-Death people don't like:
*Abortion has become a form of birth control.
*Each human beings life cycle starts at conception.
*Choices have consequences and an innocent human being should not be put to death because of someones else's bad choice.
*Pro-Death people constantly stand on the shoulders of the few (ie rape, mothers life in danger) to keep abortion as a form of birth control.
Oh and:
*Abortion is the premeditated killing of another human being for convenience in 99% of cases.
Children in unmarried, female-headed households are more likely to experience poverty
