Hard to remove the Nazis when they use civilian buildings, schools, kindergartens, hospitals, and similar structures during the fighting.

Nazis my arse.

That's a piss poor pathetic excuse if ever there was one.

Considering the same to similar problem Russia shares regarding neo-Nazi scum amongst their own rank and file.

See I'd believe it but unlike Ukrainians, each Russian soldier gets a proper screening and photos taken of their entire body and if such stuff is seen on them they are instantly rejected from serving.

Hence why I believe the Russians more than any Ukrainian information posted about neo-Nazis being in the Russian forces

So instead of fleeing to Georgia or getting a buddy to smash your leg with a 12lb hammer all you had to do was get a Nazi tattoo to get out of serving in this war?. Who knew.

And everyone loses if Russia takes Ukraine. Russia becomes a permaneant villian to the west with endless sanctions and europe tries to deal with refugees.

Not sure why you're rooting for Russia to do this.

How much Russian koolaid are you drinking if you think this is all the west's fault.

There was no evidence that Russia would be invaded with NATOs backing. That would look aweful and no one but war mongers would support it.

You sound so much like those who blamed "terrorists" for Americas invasion of Iraq and the following casaulities.

Maybe i cant blame you for the propaganda you believe. Afterall, Russia has assasinated and silenced anti-putin critics. And with the massive propaganda campaigns and Putin-youth camps, i can see why youd become a victim of this Russian ideology that putin and friends can do no wrong.

Good luck over there and hopefully one day youll stop blaming everything on the west.

Talk about a booby prize.

All they would win would be a scenario something reminiscent of the troubles in Northern Ireland only on steroids.

Nine times the size of the place or thereabouts, requiring millions of troops(about 2.5 million) permanently stationed there to keep the peace.

Talk about having bitten off far more than you can chew, they would have bodies coming home in bags every day of the week.

Putin is a fool even to have contemplated this invasion never mind doubling down and threatening to chuck nukes out the pram.

This is the same excuse for u.s. drone strikes. We have no choice to fire back and kill near by civilians!

Yes, there is a choice. We didnt have to go there and occupy a country which caused more deaths and destruction than there ever would be.

And Russians didnt have to invade.

Stop making excuses for murder and war.

Its sad to see that war mongers in power can do as they like with a proper proaganda campaign.

So very few seem to actually be against war.

Humanity is so ugly sometimes.

Russian soldier gets a proper screening

I suppose that compensates for not getting proper equipment.

A " rag-tag " army.

The sad part is even if this war in Ukraine somehow miraculously blows over and cooler heads manage to prevail, relations with Russia will have been set back for the foreseeable future.

One way or another Putin will have brought about a new cold war era, which seems to be exactly what he wanted.

And its the future generations that will have to live through such debilitating times, with the constant fear of nuclear annihilation hanging above their heads.

We are supposed to learn from history, not repeat it, especially when the end result could very well be the death of civilization as we know it.

The guy is a Muppet that needs to look in the mirror and see himself for what he is that being a dangerous megalomaniac.

Ah yes, Chechnya. Kadryovs personal khanate. The same place that fights with it's neighbour Ingushetia every year to be the poorest part of the Russian Federation. The same place that continues to be what it is due to money from Moscow. Who's oil and gas industry is controlled by Gazprom. It's a shame that they sent so many of their people to fight jihad abroad, they might have had a chance against Russia. Despite Kadryovs attempt to destroy the Chechen reputation as a fiercesome people, the Chechens are formidable fighters. TBH, if we had armed and backed the Chechens like we are the Ukrainians, the Russian Federation probably would have dissolved 10-15 years ago due to the global financial crisis. It made it through that global recession, I have my doubts it will make it through this one.

I have higher doubts that America will make it through this recession, this one is going to be 3x - 5x as bad they did blow up the bubble quite massively this time.

Corporate greed kills and federal reserve printer still keeps going Brrrrrrrr... or whatever the youth of today says.

Anyway, Murika won't be making it through this time, Russia, China, Japan and India will though so interesting times we live in for sure!

Yup it would have but also kind of funny because we know good old U.S.A was funding the Chechens secretly, they didn't have the money printer turned on to full power like it is now. Too bad this time around grandpa Xi and Putin prepared for another backstab by Murika and NATO, and did some interesting purchases through 2021 and before February 2022.

Anyway, we shall now sit back and watch it all unfold.

Russia doesn't want Ukraine.

Russia wants Ukraine to allow the regions on the border to become independent states, like those regions want.

Really because he has just declared 4 of them to be part of Russia forever, so there is that.

Lets go baby! 4 down 6 more to go, and then we can move on to Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, Moldova will join by itself most of the region is pro-Russian anyway, Poland is going to be a tough one but no one will object once the beef starts! Secretly everyone in the E.U hates them anyway because they are the biggest loyalist scum that backstabs their own constantly so...

Oh, Itali and Spain will sign on with Russia anyway thanks to top men... TOP MEN... *points and winks*

How the feck is 58,000 dead troops handling the situation???

The mind boggles at that sort of logic.

As to what Putin is doing in Ukraine.

Well retreating for the last week or so springs to mind.

What is 58,000 private mercenaries to gain the wealthiest region of Ukraine that handles the largest coal, steel, agriculture, etc of the entire Ukrainian country?

Putin just cut off 30% of Ukraine and made history!

The stuff in that region will enable Putin to further prepare the military for future reclaiming of Slavic lands and freeing more Russians from oppressive loyalists that are American, NATO and E.U puppets

So Russians should have waited for Murika, NATO and good old Ukrainian Nazi boys to kick down its door and let 10s of millions of Russians die?

Sound strategic logic my friend!

Also 2 decades and 8 severe years of warnings is enough time for the world to stop and think "Hey maybe they are not joking and we should actually respect their sovereign right?"

Don't drink that filth it gives you cancer and make you chungus or whatever the youth calls it.

Anyway, I'm pro balance not pro-Putin or Murika, this situation was the West's fault a 1000% and could have been avoided if they didn't spit each time in Russia's face over the last 2 decades and ignored 8 years of provided evidence against their favorite Nazi boys.

So by anything that is happening Russia is in the right here, also in comparison to the American and NATO casualties the deaths caused are far less. We can talk sh*t about Russia all we want but their numbers are way smaller and at least Ukraine will have hope of being rebuilt afterward.

As I said before I am more worried about Europe and America getting clap back from their loyalist nazi boys once they throw them under the bus and hand over the rest of Ukraine to Putin.

Why do you think NATO would ever invade russia?

Did we invade in the 90s when you were practically defenseless?

Did we invade this summer when you were practically defenseless?

Has NATO ever threatened to invade russia?

Absurd.

But yes, after 8 years of warnings and sanctions, russia *should* have learned to respect Ukraine's 'sovereign rights'.

Unfortunately, that never happened.
