Drag queens are nothing new. I spent many years in the Far East and they are very acceptable as a norm in a good number of societies over there. The interesting part is a full size gun is about 3 pounds and has a 7 pound trigger pull. That is hell of a thing for a toddler to do. Even my kids at age 6 found pistols rather hard to hold and shoot. Smaller guns typically have even longer trigger pulls and more pounds of trigger pressure for safety. My SW 380 has a trigger pull from hell that is almost hard for me to hit anything with it outside of 5 feet.
