To be fair, Iran has a right to defend itself.

I made a couple of posts about one of the consequences of this war being that nations around the world are witnessing NATO's reluctance to get involved in Ukraine and the abject fear shown by many as a result of Putin threatening all and sundry with nuclear weapons.

Possession of nuclear weapons deters countries from invading them as is being made so blatantly clear.

If anyone thinks this will not embolden nations like Iran to develop their own nuclear weapons then they must be incredibly naive.

Now whether Iran takes the same approach as Japan only time will tell.

I believe in consistency and I'd find it hard to criticise Iran for preparing to defend itself from aggressive neighbours whilst supporting Ukraine in its fight against an aggressive neighbour.
I certainly wouldn't support Israel bombing the crap out of Iran, would you?

Where a handful of elite politicians seem to hold the fate of humanity in their hands, i dont support anyone bombing anyone for any reason; nation non-specific.

As far as nations having a right to defend themselves? Absolutely. If you get down to brass tacks on why (in this instance) Israel hates Iran.... it's a matter of who is their favorite imaginary guy in the sky....and what if he/she doesn't exist since there is no evidence to support there is? Was talking about the Home Army upraising in Warsaw, August 1944, not the Jewish Ghetto , April 1943

Was here that Germans allowed remnants of the Home Army (AK) to surrender and receive treatment as POW

Alternative was try to flush them out one by one and prolong the battle, with the Soviets army nearby in the suburbs
incentive was get it over rather than be tied down fighting the die hards

They captured the world's 2nd largest ASP from Ukraine with enough ordinance in it to supply a full blown war with all of Europe for half a dozen years.

They are probably fine.

Ukraine on the other hand can't even give all their soldiers a full loadout.

They couldn't when russia invaded their non threatening country to steal land and resources, but they now have access to U.S. supplies.

Supplies that are immediately available in almost unlimited quantity.
