All I said was that the movie was hot air because it doesn't prove the claim, it just convinced a bunch of people.

In fact they carefully avoided doing that, explaining that none of their evidence proves anything illegal or fraudulent happened, it only pointed out the highly suspicious activity and the potential for illegal actions.

The loophole is that even in the places that have laws to regulate ballot stuffing, the stuffed ballots are not always annulled. In other words the person doing that can be charged but the votes still count.

No way this will hold up due to lack of proof of Chain of Custody. They are playing word games that just like Sussman is "innocent" is a game since he already plead to other charges that will eventually be released data to the public. No, it will hold up because even the federal law, that someone brought up earlier, says that unless a vote can be proven to have been filled in by someone other than the voter or delivered by someone illegally (trafficked), the vote must stand.

The problem is that because of how things are set up, as tanstaafl mentioned earlier in the thread as well, with the destruction of the envelope when the vote is added to the tally, there is no way to do that.

The only other way without proving individual votes invalid is to show fraud by an election official and I don't think anyone is even looking there.

I’m confused ? I watched both videos, I understand the contention is that the second video is edited and leaves out what was said in first video, but it just doesn’t seem to jive with the rest of the speech where he talks a lot about individual freedoms ? What am I missing ? It is chilling if he actually said what was in the 1st video, but I’m not sure ?
