I can't remember the project name, but DARPA has a fantasy Star Wars plan for the Navy to counteract Russia's hypersonic missiles and the heart of it is Aegis.

Theoretically, by extending Aegis Ashore into Ukraine via US through NATO could render Russia’s nukes ineffective. This I'm assuming is the "existential" threat Putin/Lavrov are up in arms about as to why NATO expansion is seen as a threat.

Blacked out my computer, too. Had to click the top left corner of my screen to close it. I did google the video name though and some financial company document came up from SEC archives.

I'm no investigator, that's all I know. Didn't even understand the document and don't care to. Just wanted to see if the mp4 name showed up in a virus database.
