IPA

The IPA World Congress culminates in a week filled with friendship, laughter and joy. It is where the IPA family reunites every year and alongside the main agenda, provides participants with fantastic entertainment, meals (including a gala dinner) and opportunities to socialise with friends from all over the world.

The main agenda of the World Congress deals with motions that are proposed by both National Sections and the International Executive Board (IEB), which are then voted on by the representatives of each National Section (one delegate and up to two observers), as well as the IEB having a collective vote, and using a majority voting system. Elections are also held to determine the members of the IEB every four years.

The 65th IPA World Congress will take place in Lloret de Mar, part of the Costa Brava, in Spain from 4 - 9 October 2022.

The International Police Association has sway in 68 countries. Your Police are not yours, they are controlled by external forces.

Has Q ever mentioned IPA as an abbreviation please, someone?

Now to try and dig. I wonder where their money comes from?

They sound all warm and fuzzy. Before I try and dig, have we looked at this org previously?

Why exactly do taxpayers need to give Planned Parenthood $500 million a year then?

IIRC, Albright gave Saddam Hussein a "meh" when he asked if we would be upset if he took Kuwait. The rest is history.

I can't help but laugh...

I've read that both the Russian and Chinese military, and possibly more, have the book "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu as assigned reading and study.

On the other hand I've heard recently that the assigned reading for the US military are two books, "Heather Has Two Mommies" and "Dexter Has Two Dads".
I digress...

My cousin who is now a First Lieutenant USMC most definitely read The Art of War, because I issued it to him.

So I don't recall that correctly, thank you for the update. Glaspie was the one at the time.

Still a good dig on how we set up Saddam for failure by okaying. Looks like Wikipedia is giving some cover while slipping in the story that we didn't really care about their involvement with other Arab states to paraphrase.

I have shared this with my son and nephew too. Good job Uncle FF. I read it after some other ROTC buds had read it and shared it "way back on the way back machine".

Doesn't Hunter look a little like Romney is they both are wearing a mask? I ask because if Romney isn't showing up at a Senate hearing, but instead Hunter is, then shouldn't that be known?

Art of War, Book of the Five Rings, and Rifleman Dodd were all books we had to read back when I was in the Marines.

The International Police Association is based in Switzerland ... no surprise there ... and they don't like sharing their financial reports ... or at least ... I can't find any.

Lots of names to look up.

Funny how that one country pops up again. I wonder if they aren't really doing something else? Let's go look...
From: IPA, and not that tasty Beer

The International Police Association is a friendship organisation for members of the police force, whether in employment or retired, and without distinction as to rank, position, gender, race, language or religion. We have around 372,000 members in nearly 100 countries, of which 65 are affiliated National Sections, and we are represented on 6 continents.

Our motto is 'Servo per Amikeco' - Service Through Friendship'

We are a non-governmental organisation, and our aims are to create and strengthen bonds of friendship between members of the police service, promote international cooperation in social, cultural and professional fields, encourage peaceful co-existence between peoples and preservation of world peace, improve the public image of the police service and enhance recognition of the IPA by international bodies.

The IPA is committed to the principles as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as adopted by the United Nations in 1948, and is in Consultative (Special) Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations, and also is in Consultative Status with the Organization of American States and UNESCO.

Sounds like a great way to hide international criminal organizations by getting ahead of any investigations, but then again "I'm paranoid".

Justin gets publicly lectured in the European Parliament

"Then again, a Prime Minister, who openly admires the Chinese ‘basic dictatorship’, who tramples on fundamental rights by persecuting and criminalising his own citizens as terrorists, just because they dared to stand up to his perverted concept of democracy, should not be allowed to speak in this House at all."

She added: "Mr Trudeau, you are a disgrace for any democracy.

"Please spare us your presence. Thank you."

I am not a fan of the AfD party in Germany, but they seem to be the only ones willing to occasionally speak truths.

Cavv, re: "Was that channel idle a long time? "

I'd state it differently because there have been 2 Official McAfee channels:

a) OfficialMcAfee⚡️🇺🇸... url = McafeeAfterlife
Created: July 20th, 2021
Last post: Nov 4th, 2021

b) OfficialMcAfee⚡️🇺🇸... url = Official_McAfee_Channel
Created: Sept 3rd, 2021
Channel profile picture changed: March 4th, 2022
First post: March 4th, 2022
Penultimate post: March 23rd, 2022
Last post March 24th, 2022

Between last post on (s) and first post on (b) is exactly 4 months.

Between last post and penultimate post, within (b) = 1 day.

Yes, from memory, IPA has appeared in the thread before. I think it may have been an EndTheMadnessNow post but can't recall the context... Try the search facility?

My gut says maybe around Pt. 8?

Only one Mr Pool post overnight; at 02:47:43 UTC

Text = -1:0-1:0-1

Interpretations:
1) Entering in a search gave a warning because it's referencing PORTS rather than a URL? But then worked OK second time?

2) It's a Palindrome if you ignore colons,

3) Emoticons? Similar to ;-) = winking smile
In which case it goes from emotionless, to shock, to emotionless, to shock, to emotionless?

4) 0-1 = -1... therefore it's also -1:-1:-1
If 0:0:0 = Ground Zero then
-1:-1:-1 = Ground -1?

Which implies destruction/reveal of an underground DUMB?

5) -1:-1:-1 could also imply removal of IP addresses?
I.e. Internet outage/blackout?

6) Is it a vector to another dimension?

7) Second DDG search result was "ZEUS" by Eminem Ft. WHITE GOLD:
(XRP, Gold backed, to the heavens in price?)

Interesting Lyrics:

zeus lyrics :
[Verse 1: Eminem]
She says I am trash, but she listens to Tekashi (Damn)
Bitch, you lost me (Yeah)
Fair weather, wishy-washy
She thinks Machine washed me (What?)
Swear to God, man, her favorite rapper wish he'd cross me (Yeah)
I love conflict, got a obnoxious (What?) subconscious (Yeah)
I'm afraid to unlock it (Nah)
Keep those monsters in the closet
I'm what an idiotic ('Otic) savant is (Savant is)
But I've been throwin' down gauntlets since that underground ruckus (Yeah)
Where I planted my roots (What? Yeah)
That's how I had a whole planet that roots for me
As in the group, and no one thinks dark as I think (Nah)
So imagine the havoc these black thoughts are to wreak
As in Trotter, [bI keep slaughterin' beats
Shout out to Beatminerz and T-Minus
But, me, long as I re-promise to be honest
And wholeheartedly, apologies, Rihanna
For that song that leaked, I'm sorry, Ri
It wasn't meant to cause you grief
Regardless, it was wrong of me, but
zeus zeus zeus zeus zeus
zeus zeus zeus zeus zeus

[Chorus: White Gold & Eminem]
I be on my own (Yeah), head up in the clouds like Zeus
When they say, "You ain't the GOAT", I come down like, "Who?"
But I got my head in the clouds like Zeus
Where I can see the game from a bird's-eye view, ayy
Bitch, you talkin' to a rap god, ayy
Girl, you talkin' to a monsta, ayy
You could give your whole damn life to the music thing
They gon' turn around like they don't love you
zeus zeus zeus zeus zeus
zeus zeus zeus zeus zeus

[Verse 2: Eminem]
Yeah, they woke a giant up
So when I get back on my feet, don't wonder why in the
# is my head in the clouds (Nah)
G5 with the stewardess, gettin' head in the clouds (Haha)
Mile-high club (Why?), I give a flying # (No)
Punchliner just tryin' to survive in this climate of vaginas (Bitch)
Who dyin' to cancel my ass like Aunt Jemima syrup
I'm a #-stirrer, you're a dime-a
Dozen, said I couldn't do it
Hit Europe, kicked the door in, put a foot through it (Ugh)
Like a stirrup (Stirrup)
Used to have to sit and watch them bills pile up (Yeah)
Now I just sit back and watch them bills pile up (Haha), but

zeus eminem

T-Minus (record producer) is currently 34yrs old.
Does T-minus [12:34] mean he's been MKUltra'd from age 12 to 34?

Tyler Mathew Carl Williams[1] (born February 25, 1988), professionally known as T-Minus, is a Canadian record producer. He has produced hit records and worked with many popular artists including Lil Wayne, Eminem, Drake, Nicki Minaj, The Weeknd, Kendrick Lamar, Camila Cabello, Travis Scott, Justin Bieber, Belly, ASAP Rocky, Big Sean, DJ Khaled, 2 Chainz, Lana Del Rey, Sia, J. Cole, and more. He is one of Drake's longest and most frequent collaborators, contributing to songs such as "HYFR", "The Motto", "Make Me Proud" (featuring Nicki Minaj) and "Blem".

He has garnered over 20 awards and nominations including Grammys, Platinum certifications, and BMI's Producer of the Year (earned on multiple occasions).

T-Minus first started experimenting with music as a student at Pickering High School. "I’ve always loved music," he says. "I used to play the drums, so I’ve always been interested in music in that way." After sitting at the drum kit for a few years, he decided to try making his own rhythms, so he downloaded a digital audio workstation program called Fruity Loops when he was 15 years old and was soon creating entire songs.

This implies his music life from 12 to 34?

Pickering High School

In February 2009, the school was placed in lock down after a stabbing and ensuing motor vehicle accident occurred several blocks away, at a nearby park.
In February 2022, the school was placed in a Hold and Secure after one of its feeder schools, Alexander Graham Bell Public School, had reported an armed suspect connected to a local drug store robbery.

Charlotte Arnold, actress Kirsten Dunst clone?)
Boi-1da, Grammy Award-winning hip hop producer
Munro Chambers, actor
Closet Monster, rock band
Jesse Colburn, guitarist
Sara Ghulam, Miss World Canada 2007
Glenn Healy, former NHL player and commentator
Sara Kaljuvee, Olympic bronze medalist for Rugby Sevens
Cory Joseph, NBA champion, and point guard for the Detroit Pistons

Nichelle Prince, Canadian women's soccer player

If Hunter or anyone else in the “circle of cabal” gets arrested, what prevents POTATO from issuing a pardon? As long as they are Federal crimes/charges.

Laptops, voting machines, Epstein/GMax, Clinton Foundation, Russia, Ukraine… the whole thing.

Optics bad? Sure. May hurt at polls? Sure. Worth it to these people? Yup.

Hey ... I am a doctor, lurking in this thread, and keeping up as best that I can. I have hesitated to respond, because as a pathologist / doctor of laboratory medicine primarily, I don't usually perform any so-called 'direct patient' care, outside of what I do free as basically a general practitioner MD for my friends and family. I am not representative of doctors in general, but I have been watching from my little corner of medicine.

When COVID was rolling, there was a 'great resignation / retirement' of many of the older physicians in my community, which was partly related to COVID, but was also secondary to a much larger healthcare 'system' having bought my local hospital, and the changes they were forcing on us. We had a surgeon become really sick from COVID at the start, who was kind of poo poo-ing the whole COVID narrative, and he ended up on a ventilator, was transferred to a big academic hospital in St. Louis where they gave him all the government approved care, and he almost died, and suffered blood clots in both legs, etc., but he did get better after months, and is back working with us now. In hindsight, I just wonder if they 'made an example' of him. Regardless, this caused a number of physicians at my hospital, including our infectious disease specialist, to become COVID zealots. Vaccines were pushed relentlessly on all providers at all levels. I just saw the main infectious disease physician the other day, and he is still a COVID zealot. By this I mean: he believes the mainstream information completely, and preaches it too.

I am straying from the point though: yes, doctors are leaving in my community also, but it isn't ALL COVID remorse, though some is developing. The larger healthcare system that bought my previously-independent hospital is forcing many policy changes, and this is also causing people to leave. We had a very efficient community hospital, but it was losing money. However, the healthcare we provided was a good deal above average for the size of our place. Now, they are trying to turn us into what I would call a 'shipping center', where we see patients, then transport them out if they need more specialized care to the larger hospital at the center of this new healthcare system. Nobody here locally likes that, and it really is not good medicine. I think this is also a trend across at least the US, maybe the world (?), and is also greatly contributing to a doctor exodus. The big are getting bigger, and meaner, and more controlling, in essence, in part because they just raked in a lot of money from COVID I bet too. People are getting tired of dealing with their BS. It sucks.
