Ok so what we don't know about this particular video, to me, is more important than what we see.

More specifically, we don't know when that chain was put on. Nothing seems to indicate that the impetus behind the chain was to impede retreat.

It's covered in snow, how can we be sure it's even a body and not a mannequin?

There's just too much potential there for misinformation to draw any real conclusions about it. You can't even ascertain (from the video) if the alleged combatant is Russian, Ukranian, or Mister Rogers.

If you're going to go around and invade countries with a few neo nazis in them then that will be a lot of countries. There is probably more neo nazis in Russia, so maybe Russia should nuke itself lol.

Difference being in WW2 the Nazis were in charge of Germany.
