I think emergency services (fire department) were allowed to do their job without russian interference. Although the fire dept would not be need had Russia not invaded.

I think putin is attempting to keep Ukraine from killing 100,000 russian solders in a trapped convoy.

putin can have his ceasefire whenever he wants, just remove all (except the trapped 100k) russian soldiers from all Ukraine.

He can even have his 100k POWs back unharmed once russia is disarmed to the point of no longer posing a threat to his neighbors and the planet.


But yeah, since putin isn't ready to acknowledge that he just committed national suicide, he's attempting to force a ceasefire.

Judging by the number of China air cargo flights currently over Russia (north of Moscow) with destinations in major European cities / capitals one would think its an invasion.

I've been focusing entirely on the Ukraine theater.

Its a large gathering of air china cargo jets on the same flight trac over russia with destinations in Europe. There are a lot of CCA / CSN / CES flights.
