I normally don't post any footage on here since we already know Russia is attacking Ukraine, but if this can be verified or debunked it would be great.

It is footage of a loud explosion, allegedly thermobaric, nothing graphic or grotesque. It could be a thermobaric explosion in another region where they were used and old footage that has nothing to do with Ukraine.

If this is true then it's a major escalation.

Hey Rambo! These people just dont get it yet. I am hoping the Ukrainian civilians throw down their weapons and run to the Russian troops. Putins patience will reach its limit at some point and the Russian forces will take the gloves off.

russia is desperate to avoid civilian casualties as much as possible. this world is full of BS propaganda already, it wouldn't help them. not abroad, not at home.

but they didn't expect civilians to get armed either. it's a problem, because here's how it works: for russian army, civilians without proper training are an annoyance at best. they can kill them all easily, but then the west will be screaming "REEEEE they're murdering civilians REEEEE". in reality, the moment they picked up arms, they've stopped being civilians.

combine that with constant flow of weapons and ammo from the west, and russia will just get bored, and fast. why bother with this BS, when you can just drop a single overkill bomb on some military target as a warning, and say that the next one will land in their capitol. what is ukraine going to do then? cry more to NATO for help? NATO won't intervene, and ukraine alone can't do sh.t, while russia can just raze it to the ground without a problem. it's counterproductive, so putin doesn't want to do it, but if ukraine and the west will keep up with this BS - and they will - expect a single blow that will bring ukraine to its knees.
