Putin allocated almost $2 billion toward genetic research in 2018 and decreed last year that all Russians be assigned “genetic passports” by 2025.

Secret summit: According to Bloomberg, top Russian geneticists held a “secret meeting” this summer with government health officials in Moscow to debate a bid by a scientist there, Denis Rebrikov, to create babies genetically modified with the gene-editing technology CRISPR.

The first such children were born in China last year as part of a project to make HIV-resistant humans. That undertaking was halted amid pointed criticism of its ethical failings and a criminal investigation.

Putin’s choice: The question now is whether Russia will grab the CRISPR baton where China dropped it. Dmitry Peskov, the spokesman for Russia’s leader, declined to give Bloomberg a position, saying gene editing is not “a presidential issue.”

Putin has already made some comments about gene editing, likening the technology to a nuclear bomb and citing the possibility of creating soldiers who feel no pain. According to Bloomberg, Putin last year directed $2 billion to be spent on genetic research that he said will “determine the future of the whole world.”

More Pfizer News - this time from Paul Mango HHS official under Operation WARP SPEED.

He has a book coming out on May 18, 2022 called WARP SPEED: Inside the Operation that Beat Covid, the Critics and the Odds.
Albert Bourla has continually stated that Pfizer did not receive any $$$ under Operation Warp Speed but not all remuneration is in the form of cash. It appears that the government assisted with packaging, distribution and administration of the vaccines and that does cost $.

Seems Pfizer was impossible to work with and suspicions were running high that Pfizer intended on using the manufacturing
facilities to send the vaccines out of the country so they gave them a low DPA [Defense Production Act] priority rating in an effort to reign them in.
"We speculated that Pfizer intended to use DPA to help manufacture vaccines that would be shipped oversees which DPA prohibits."

By December Pfizer was experiencing serious raw material shortages which is contrary to the image that they have projected that they were under Bourla's leadership able to accomplish the impossible without any help from the government. But were they really???

Mango goes on to explain that Pfizer would not allow any government inspection of their manufacturing facilities and this resulted in a lack of confidence in their capability of providing the committed supply which is what happened. Pfizer was unable to meet the demand but the bigger question is what really happened to the supply?

January 18, 2021 Andrew Cuomo wrote a letter to Albert Bourla to negotiate directly for more vaccines for his state and mentioned other states doing the same.
Pfizer repeatedly has claimed that they were not bound by Operation Warp Speed so in theory they would be able to negotiate individual side deals. Bourla has shown this tendency throughout the plandemic selling vaccines to the highest bidders and leaving the poorer countries behind. Fast forward the Biden administration is claiming that the states cannot negotiate on for their own supply.

DOD negotiated with all of the other companies involved with Operation Warp Speed except for Pfizer. Why? This explains why there are now big issues around the Pfizer IP and the inability of to use contract manufacturers to assist in production.

Essentially Cayce appears to be referring to Russia after the trials under Soviet rule and the collapse of the Soviet Union, as well as the need for the world to return to humanistic values in order to free itself from the oppression of the Zionist cartels which have been organizing against the human race for centuries.

Cayce is saying that some sort of much needed spiritual leadership will come from Russia in this time, some kind of attitude that will make it possible for a transition of this calibre to occur without having to experience the guaranteed destruction of any World War III.

I agree with you but in desperate times desperate people do desperate things. We have seen the unthinkable so many times now. I can just visualize the reasoning/excuse.
Biden's cognitive decline, he didn't understand what he was doing, Hunter was a crack head so not responsible for his actions.
His handlers can even have him pardon Pelosi declaring a lapse in judgement but in consideration of the centuries of her service to the nation.
And of course Albert Bourla, well he did his best using new technology during an unprecedented emergency event so Biden can pardon here, pardon there and everywhere.
It is not something any of us want to see happen. Treason is unpardonable on every. single. level. Still we have a large part of the population completely in denial or oblivious to actions that criminal members have made to sell out the country and enrich themselves.

Can somebody help me out please, I am a little confused.
So apparently a holocaust memorial has been damaged in some city in Ukraine. Confused: Weren't the Ukrainians signed up with Germany during WWII? I'm not being insensitive at all, just confused as to why they would have such a memorial.

Second, within about 3 days the Ukrainians were claiming 4,500 Russian troops had been killed. They have now said it is over 7k.... so where are the photo's for 'propaganda' or news purposes?

I don't feel like connecting all the dots, but DNSSEC uses SHA 256 hashes. I swear we had a SHA 256 hash sitting around here somewhere in this thread that I commented on.

One other item of note; SHA 256 is "impossible to crack." But you could brute force it. By having everyone provide their proofs for every SHA 256 hash and putting it into a giant table. Like you could do with Bitcoin proofs.
