Pretty quiet today (the hum was loud, but seems to have subsided for now), so I figured I would post some of Caled's oddness. Some of you might recall, many months ago, I woke up and saw this strange kind of white light that seemed to be comprised of geometric shapes, or something like that. Well lately I've been experiencing something similar; not the whiteness or white light, but the same geometric shapes, but they seem to be...more defined I think is the best way to put it. Less simple shapes, and more like...language maybe? Nothing "Matrix"-like. It's always a circular pattern. I usually see it as I drift in and out of sleep and continue to see it sometimes after I wake up. My dreams are super vivid, to the point that I felt I had to dig an old item out of storage after dreaming about it. Not a random item; an item I received more than 25 years ago with the inscription "Imitation is Suicide, Live Deliberately" (excerpt from the Emerson essay).

I'm starting to suspect that we should ignore any & all "walking back" statements, as just hollow words that are put out there to quell public outrage. Focus on the original comments, and a coherent message starts to emerge.

A few weeks ago, Biden basically gave Russia permission to invade Ukraine, and now Ukraine is signaling that they might be willing to cancel joining NATO. (Which is probably what Russia really wants.) Forget the noise about "Oh, he didn't mean that," because they did mean what they said.

German government is waffling as well. First, they didn't want to provide any real support to Ukraine; now they want to offer something like 160M Euros worth of aid.

Let's see if that offer gets modified after Putin gets on the horn with the German chancellor.

She was involved in Benghazi, she was involved in the IRS, she was involved in the Secret Service scandal. Just Google her name, put in any one of those things and who's the person giving the statement? Kathryn Ruemmler. Who was also on that Enron taskforce? Lisa Monaco. Barack Obama's Homeland Security and counterterrorism advisor in the White House while all of this was going on. They all know each other.........

Later in the 1970s, Dr. Brian and Reagan’s counterintelligence advisor, William Herrmann, worked together on the Center for the Study and Reduction of Violence, a project that intended to explore social control of those prone toward violence, even children. It failed when increased media scrutiny revealed the California Department of Corrections, rather than the medical establishment, would have control.

Herrmann was a counterintelligence expert for System Development Corporation, which designed, integrated, and tested complex computer systems for military applications. Herrmann also worked with the Stanford Research Institute, the Rand Corporation, and the Hoover Center on
Violence.

Of all the “outside guest coordinators” that could have been chosen for the Black Cultural Association, such as people with experience in social work, criminal justice, or organizations advocating prisoner rights, Vacaville wound up with Colston Westbrook, undercover liaison for the CIA during the Phoenix Program. And he was handpicked by former psy-ops officer William Herrmann, then advising Governor Ronald Reagan on counterintelligence. And it happened at the height of the black prisoner reform movement, right after the CIA’s Operation CHAOS provided funds to Vacaville, which was an ongoing MKULTRA and MKSEARCH site for experimentation on prisoners.

Herrmann himself told the Los Angeles Times that a good computer intelligence system “would separate out the activist bent on destroying the system” and then develop a master plan “to win the hearts and minds of the people.” The Napa Sentinel series “Mind Control,” as well as journalism by other researchers, confirmed that Herrmann worked in a Psychological Operations unit (psy-ops) in both Vietnam and Cambodia.

Clearly, Herrmann crossed paths with the man who was instrumental in the creation of the Symbionese Liberation Army, Colston Westbrook.

Westbrook was an advisor to the KCIA, the South Korean equivalent of the CIA.

Between 1967 and 1969, Westbrook was an advisor to the South Vietnamese Police Special Branch, under the cover of working as an employee of Pacific Architects and Engineers (PA&E). Westbrook was in South Vietnam during the CIA’s Phoenix Program, during which twenty thousand to forty thousand citizens—alleged Viet Cong sympathizers —were murdered over a two-year period.

Professor Peter Dale Scott wrote in the essay “The Assassinations of the 1960s as Deep Events” that Westbrook, after the destruction of the SLA, applied for a teaching job in Scott’s English Department at UC Berkeley. “The chairman asked me to peruse Westbrook’s curriculum vitae; and I immediately noticed that while in Vietnam, Westbrook had worked as a civilian employee of Pacific Architects & Engineers. PA&E was a well-known cover for the CIA in Saigon, and I so notified the Chairman.
Westbrook did not get the job.”

So we're supposed to believe that Vacaville prison decided to create a Black Cultural Association (BCA)?

"The BCA was ostensibly an education program designed to instill black pride in Vacaville inmates. In reality, it became a cover for an experimental project to explore the extent to which unstable or susceptible prisoners could be controlled for the purpose of infiltration."

Prolixin was another drug utilized on prisoners at Vacaville. Its effects could be felt for up to two weeks.

...Prolixin delivered a deep pain that ground one down and blurred the vision so that the recipient could not even read. It created restlessness, necessitating pacing, followed by exhaustion. The constant alternation of these two extremes drove the prisoner to the brink of madness.

Those who were given Prolixin described it as “sheer torture” as well as “being a zombie” and “liquid shock treatment.” Bernard Weiner, writing in The Nation, revealed that Prolixin was injected into Vacaville prisoners a staggering 1,093 times in 1970. Electroshock was administered five hundred times in 1971.

Some interesting characters have passed through Vacaville, like Bobby Beausoleil, Ed Kemper, Charlie Manson, Timothy Leary, lots of freaks.
