When I pushed this code through Google it gave me the option of a Chinese site named "Itellyou", and it goes to a red envelope with a QRcode on it. It says "Scan the code to receive the red envelope, use Alipay to scan the code everyday".

The other thing I did was try and break it down into sets of 8 in QWORD programmer's code. When translated into base ten:
