Breaking Big in Wisconsin: Legislation Introduced to Eliminate ERIC System

Sen. Stroebel (R-Saukville) and Rep. Bodden (R-Stockbridge) introduced legislation today to have Wisconsin join 10 out of 31 other states that have voted to sever their contract with the highly questionable and ethically and legally challenged voter database organization, E.R.I.C. The Arizona democrat governor is the only elected public official to have vetoed the bill that would have terminated their contract with E.R.I.C.

There are many reasons why so many states, with more to come, have led the way, now including Wisconsin, why it is critical to leave E.R.I.C. as follows:
1. Costly mandated GOTV activities are unrelated to list maintenance.
2. Sharing data with 3rd party CEIR for “research purposes” in 2020.
3. ERIC increasingly engages in efforts that are not list maintenance.
4. E.RI.C. appears to be not open to any suggested changes from State Members.
5. The recently removed Wisconsin’s Administrator of Elections has served as the Chairman of the Board for E.R.I.C. and continues to be a Board Member, which could be construed as a major conflict of interest – click here – Who We Are – ERIC, Inc. (ericstates.org))
6. Potential significant increases in dues for Wisconsin because so many States have left.
7. The work product that E.R.I.C. is required to provide contractually, can be done in-house.
8. Concerns about stewardship, maintenance, privacy, and confidentiality of voter data.

For those that are interested in automated signature recognition, I present Runbeck Election Services' Agilis election mail sorting and processing system.

The automated signature recognition feature is optional and it's recognition parameters (sensitivity and accuracy) are adjustable by the user.

This machine can also be used to open (mill) envelopes after the second pass, or before the first pass, if secrecy sleeves are in use.

Just as facial recognition software, by itself, is arguably not artificial intelligence, I would say that the same is true for automated signature recognition software.

I had wondered if the John Thaler release could of sparked something.

Thaler Project

PRESALES DELAYED DUE TO ADDITIONAL CHAPTER REQUIRED TO INCLUDE THE CURRENT SITUATION IN ARIZONA

Then I found this:

Setti ng the Record Straight: Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs Not Facing Indictment

Despite rumors and speculation, no evidence suggests that Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs will be facing any indictments. The claims swirling around about potential charges or legal actions against her have been thoroughly examined, and multiple investigations conducted by law enforcement agencies have not uncovered any wrongdoing or criminal activities on the part of Gov. Hobbs.

I'm not sure hoe accurate this article is, but it claims that a Federal and State investigation has taken place.

Law enforcement agencies at both state and federal levels have conducted a thorough investigation into Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs. This investigation involved extensive interviews, document review, and analysis of financial records.

The exhaustive investigation by law enforcement agencies has not only cleared Gov. Hobbs from all allegations but also confirmed her innocence beyond any doubt.

I have doubt.

Can we see the evidence, a report on the investigation, or know what claims were made, and investigated, regarding Hobbs?

But there is this

MAJORITY OF AMERICAN VOTERS SCARED 2024 WILL BE DECIDED BY ILLEGAL VOTERS

Rasmussen reports:

More than half of voters consider it likely that next year’s election could be decided by illegal immigrants voting.

Fifty-one percent (51%) of Likely U.S. voters believe it is likely that the outcome of the 2024 presidential election will be influenced by illegal immigrants voting, including 28% who think it’s Very Likely. Forty-two percent (42%) don’t think the 2024 election will be influenced by the votes of illegal immigrants, including 22% who say it’s Not At All Likely.

I wonder if this is one of those investigations like how AG Brnovich investigated the 2020 election audit claims, or how the Georgia Bureau of Investigation investigated the State-farm 2020 election claims.

Texas Secretary of State Releases Election Audit Findings, And They Are Deeply Troubling

Texas Secretary of State Jane Nelson released preliminary findings of the audit stating, “Harris County clearly had multiple failures conducting the election and violated election law for estimating needed ballot paper,” according to KPRC-TV.

“Mistakes like these led to a poorly executed election which left many Harris County residents frustrated and may have prevented them from voting. It is important to talk about these issues now in order to address them before the 2024 election cycle,” Nelson added.

Nelson’s statement highlighted a range of issues uncovered during the audit. These problems include discrepancies in voter registration data, a failure to deliver essential supplies to polling locations, equipment malfunctions, and incomplete paperwork.

According to a post by Texas state Senator Paul Bettencourt on X, “County Government’s [election audit] left 3 million sheets of ballot paper in the warehouse and didn’t get enough ballot paper to the polls for voters to vote.”

At least 38 polling sites also experienced an absence of voter check-ins for an hour or more, according to Nelson’s report.

The findings showed over 9,000 more voters than reported in the statewide voter registration system. Additionally, the audit disclosed that almost 3,600 mail-in ballots were sent to voters but were not properly reported to the state authorities.

Trust in the system relies on scrutinizing the process and having confidence in its fairness.

Harris County was one of just four randomly selected counties audited in accordance with a law passed in 2021, according to KPRC-TV.

How many other counties across the nation may have similar issues that have yet to come to light?

So, no big bombshells then?

Basically, there's this from your link:

Texts, however, reveal Trump's allies and lawyers were involved in nearly every facet of the "audit." The texts showed that Logan was enlisted as part of a coordinated effort to overturn election results in several swing states, including Georgia, Michigan and Pennsylvania.

and then readers are tasked with using software, that needs to be purchased, to look at 39,000 messages.

There's a reason why Logan and other experts were relied upon so heavily, and that's because they were some of the some knowledgeable and accredited experts in a fields related to one that was being pioneering, full forensic election audits.

Concerning the rest of that statement about efforts to overturn an election:
1. If an election is fraudulent, there should be a path of remedy and justice.
2. Let's see the evidence that suggest what is claimed, rather than, here's a pile of data.

For people as smart as Logan, multiple day delays of election results, only in swing states, and statistical evidence of massive vote injections, were more than just red flags or smoke, they were fire🔥.

Hi frog,
It's good to be back. ATS has been a wild ride these last few years, but it's one we seem to learn and grow from at least.
Lately in feeling like less is more, with regards to posting, so I'll be working on things like reacting less, posting less, and better directing my time and energy. I'll continue to work on the quality of my posts, but I know it's also important to take a break from time to time.

Care to detail the "experts" who had experience with "full forensic election audits"?
Hint - none of them did.
The company has no experience in elections, and its CEO helped to spread “Stop the Steal” conspiracy theories in the run-up to the Capitol riot

"When MAGA does not have real evidence to support their “fraud in the election” led to Trump losing theory, they literally just forge it. Michael Popok of Legal AF reports on the prime example Michigan attorney, Stefanie Lambert, who’s been indicted. New text messages just revealed indicate that she instructed the head of Cyber Ninjas an amateur forensic company hired by Arizona Republicans, to lie and say there was fraud and fake ballots used in Arizona when there wasn’t any."

None of them did, because full forensic election audits didn't exist yet. These pioneers were experts in fields related to conducting physical and electronic audits in general.

I don't know who Stephanie Lambert is, nor do I have any reason to care what she said. Right now, people are saying that Trump was told that there was no fraud in the election, as if someone telling someone else something matters at all.

I do know that Logan wasn't involved with the physical ballots, but was instead in charge of auditing the electronic records, of which there were several issues found, documented, and reported. Jovan Hutton Pulitzer was in charge of the physical ballot audit, which also found evidence so damning, local official required it to be suppressed. If you need evidence of election fraud all you have to do is read the electronic and physical audit reports from Maricopa county.

Now, some of us uncovered higher level evidence of election fraud from our research, mostly related to government involvement, cover-ups, and ballot trafficking, but if you can't accept what was found in the audits, this higher level info is not for you. This information is however archived in this thread, if you care to search for it, and with any hope, will someday see the light of a courtroom.

A lot to be done, and a lot being done in Wisconsin to correct election related problems.

Wisconsin Is Working to Fix the 2020 Election Fraud to Avoid a Repeat in 2024

Thanks to the courage, conviction and commitment of a handful of legislators (Ramthun and Brandtjen) and election integrity supporters, volumes of evidence have been cataloged that would clearly hold up in a court of law to show how the administration of elections in Wisconsin were severely compromised if not outright illegal in the 2020 Presidential Election based on many settled court cases since then.

Rather than looking backward, pointing fingers, going down rabbit trails, placing blame and the proverbial “…could-a, would-a, should-a”, we must learn from 2020 and make sure there isn’t a repeat in 2024.

There's a lot of information here and a lot being done. Good for Wisconsin.

how was it explained that many mail ballots went to a contractor's warehouse to be "verified" without any witnesses?

same lack of explanation for the signature verification setting on the machines to "low" and actually not matching.

Clearly, a ridiculously high percentage of them (8% in some places) needed to be adjudicated behind closed doors and by less accountable 3rd parties.
