Washington CNN — Georgia election officials have been aware of existing vulnerabilities in the state’s voting software for more than two years but continue to insist the system is safe and won’t be updated until after 2024, according to a report that was unsealed this week as part of a controversial court case in Georgia. The report’s findings focus on weaknesses in software for certain Dominion Voting machines. Those weaknesses were previously verified by federal cybersecurity officials, who urged election officials across the country to update their systems.
The report’s findings focus on weaknesses in software for certain Dominion Voting machines. Those weaknesses were previously verified by federal cybersecurity officials, who urged election officials across the country to update their systems.
Dominion Voting Systems last year updated its software in response to the attack scenarios described by the report’s author, a University of Michigan computer scientist named J. Alex Halderman. But Georgia has not implemented the recommended security patch and state officials said they are waiting to do so until after 2024. Delaying the security patches until 2025 is “worse than doing nothing,” warned Halderman, “since it puts world-be adversaries on notice that the state will conduct the presidential election with this particular version of software with known vulnerabilities, giving them nearly 18 months to prepare and deploy attacks.”
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has been aware of the issues for two years now, and with 18 months to go until 2024’s election, he will not update the machines to help secure these vulnerabilities.
Prof. Halderman states in his blog based on the report that “the most critical problem we found is an arbitrary-code-execution vulnerability that can be exploited to spread malware from a county’s central election management system (EMS) to every BMD in the jurisdiction. This makes it possible to attack the BMDs at scale, over a wide area, without needing physical access to any of them.” While Halderman offers an overview of how malware can be spread throughout a county with simple access to the EMS, he also explains in the report how this can defeat the testing of the machines in two ways: one through Hash Validation and the other through Logic and Accuracy Testing.
This implies that a malicious code installed on the machine could not only alter votes, but it could do so while remaining undetectable to testing performed on the machines before the election.
Washington CNN — Special counsel Jack Smith has compelled at least two Republican fake electors to testify to a federal grand jury in Washington in recent weeks by giving them limited immunity, part of a current push by federal prosecutors to swiftly nail down evidence in the sprawling criminal investigation into efforts to overturn the 2020 election.
That activity could signal that investigators are nearing at least some charging decisions in a part of the 2020 election probe, sources added. It also comes just as the special counsel’s office filed charges against former President Donald Trump for his handling of classified documents.
Prosecutors have played hardball with some of the witnesses in recent weeks, refusing to grant extensions to grand jury subpoenas for testimony and demanding they comply before the end of this month, sources said. In the situations where prosecutors have given witnesses immunity, the special counsel’s office arrived at the courthouse in Washington ready to compel their testimony after the witnesses indicated they would decline to answer questions under the Fifth Amendment, the sources added.
Fake electors in Nevada The fake electors scheme – one of the more public efforts to overturn Biden’s win in the 2020 election – now appears to be at the forefront for prosecutors, sources said. The Republicans at the center of the fake electors effort asserted that Trump won in seven battleground states that he actually lost, and signed documents claiming they were the rightful electors.
Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer said he’s faced “violent vitriol and other dire consequences” because of lies spread by Lake, including death threats and the loss of friendships.
“Rather than accept political defeat, rather than get a new job, she has sought to undermine confidence in our elections and has mobilized millions of her followers against me,” Richer wrote in an op-ed in The Arizona Republic.
The suit, filed in Maricopa County Superior Court, names Lake, her campaign and her political fundraising group as defendants. In addition to unspecified monetary damages, Richer is seeking a court order declaring Lake’s statements false and requiring her to delete them from social media.
This should be interesting... very interesting if it gets as far as discovery... even more interesting if we actually get to a trial.
I've still seen nothing about a new appeal filing from Team Kari.
It's @stephen_richer 's 2019 "election denier" report claiming Maricopa County disenfranchised 270k voters and the declared winners switched in the middle of the night He used this report to launch his campaign.
Similar to the statements @stephen_richer is suing @KariLake over, @stephen_richer claims in his report that machines went down creating long lines and allowing for ballot harvesting.
Again, similar to accusations in @stephen_richer 's lawsuit against @KariLake , he goes on to claim conflicts of interest led to irregular election processes and even candidate coordination to manipulate the outcome of the election.
On page 12, @stephen_richer claims 168k late ballots were received - - similar to concerns of injecting ballots - - which have the impact of inadequate signature verification If I recall correctly, Fontes actually tagged more bad signatures than @stephen_richer 's process
Again, shoddy signature verification procedures is a major element of @KariLake 's lawsuits against the county, which @stephen_richer is claiming is defamation in his lawsuit against her and her organization
My favorite part of @stephen_richer 's 2019 report is where he claims voters received ballots pre-filled in for Democrat candidates in addition to ballot harvesting Far more salacious than any claim in @KariLake 's lawsuits, @stephen_richer only provided affidavits as evidence
As someone that helped @stephen_richer put these reports together - - I have the drafts with his commentary - - I sacrificed my time and money with many sleepness nights for over a year to get him elected His "lost friendships" are due to his lies and manipulations
Did I forget to mention it's likely George Soros funding his frivolous lawsuit to weaponize the government against the 1st Amendment?
Good to hear from you. I'm glad to hear that you are getting better and have a plan. All is well here.
Discovery was the first thing that came to my mind. That Richer is a clever guy, but I kind of feel like he got board and did something. I would kind of like to hear his story though, because I do have to wonder how he feels someone else should be blamed for, what looks to me like the consequences of HIS own actions.
Last I heard, the judge wasn't in much of a hurry.
The recount case revealed that then-Secretary of State Katie Hobbs and Pinal County officials knew of evidence prior to the Dec. 23 trial which supported Hamadeh’s challenge but withheld the information from Hamadeh and Jantzen.

Revisiting this subject will be educational. I thought all the fraud was Katie Hobbs using her Secty-of-State position to sabotage the 2022 election.

In your opinion, why did Republicans want Democrat Katie Hobbs as the Governor of Arizona?

Tuesday morning, Pinal County Elections Director Geraldine Roll notified her boss she was quitting. It came less than one week after she promised to speak with the county’s board of supervisors about what she knew of highly-profile problems with the 2022 election cycle.
Roll resigned in a manner that is typically frowned upon, as she failed to provide a two-week notice. She also forgot that employees are generally advised to avoid finger-pointing, especially when the finger is pointed at the boss.
“With no regrets, I quit,” is how Roll opened her email resignation notice to County Manager Leo Lew. “When you no longer respect those you work for, it is time to leave,” she wrote. “I have watched as you idly stood by when I was attacked. I cannot work for an individual who does not support me.”
A study released last week is raising new concerns that county elections officials across Arizona do not have the tools available to ensure accuracy in their records.
The America First Priority Institute (AFPI) recently completed a months long precinct-level analysis of 2022 General Election data obtained directly from six Arizona counties. The results published June 22 show some precincts reported more absentee, mail-in, and in-person ballots being counted than there were registered voters listed as casting ballots.
AFPI’s report goes on to point out that some voters (i.e., police officers, judges, domestic violence victims) have their name and address hidden from voting reports. These “secured” or “protected” voters accounted for 4,078 voters who cast ballots in the 2022 General Election in the six counties, with 2,888 just in Maricopa County.
Yet even reducing the discrepancy by the number of purported protected voters, the report shows a difference of 2,200 votes. Well within a statistical probability that Hamadeh actually ended up with more votes than Mayes, according to the report’s “conservative estimates.”
The Arizona Court of Appeals has agreed to weigh in on whether Cochise County and the state’s 14 other counties have authority to expand the hand count audit of ballots tabulated by machine beyond the small percent of ballots currently being audited.
A three-judge appellate panel will hear oral arguments on July 18 in Tucson in a challenge by the Cochise County Bboard of Supervisors to judge’s order issued the day before the November 2022 General Election which barred county officials from conducting an expanded hand count audit of ballots cast in the election.
Well, the Arizona appellate court just transferred our election case to another appellate court division which doesn’t even cover Maricopa County. That appellate court covers Pima County which means the most Marxist part of the state will be hearing our case.
We see what's happening here.
They will not bury the truth. I won't let them.
What are the addresses on those ballots?
- Ballots mailed to vacant lots -- or in Arizona, street corners.
- Ballots sent to apartment buildings without the unit or APT number.
- Ballots sent to college dorms for students registered there for decades.
- Ballots sent to fraternities with a 105-year-old student.
- Ballots sent to churches -- which have no bedrooms, thus cannot be someone’s domicile.
- Ballots for the person who moved -- over a year ago.
- Ballots mailed to hotels and casinos.
- Ballots where the address was modified -- by the voter commission (as in Arizona) -- the week those ballots went out, thus missing the recipient.
- Ballots sent to Manchurian restaurants, laundromats, banks, and 7-Elevens -- all of which are not valid addresses for voters.
- Ballots sent to UPS and FedEx boxes -- sometimes to a dozen people living in that little box.
- Ballots sent to the apartment building -- but the address is the clubhouse -- which has no bedrooms.
- Ballots sent to the 22,000 new voters in a single county entered just days before the election -- who were invisible to Arizona Republican candidates in 2022.
- Ballots sent to Mr. Gonzales, Mr. Gonzalez, Mr. Gonzalles, all at the same address with the same date of birth.
- Ballots sent to the Wisconsin college dorm that has 1,000 registered voters but can house only 250 adults.
- Ballots sent to the 11 adults at the single-family Houston home that is 823 square feet with one bedroom and one bathroom.
- Ballots mailed to people registered at an address in 2020 but the building was not built until 2022.
- Ballots sent to the rehab facility for dozens of people who claim it as a residence for years. (Rehab is not a “years” thing.)
Welcome to the Undeliberable Ballot Database.
Our thesis to state governments is that it isn’t just voter fraud. It’s identity fraud and it is not just in their voter rolls, identity fraud permeates every state government roll. While we developed the Undeliverable Ballot Database to identify every address where a ballot will be sent yet not find an eligible recipient, we also created an address and identity database for people who claim one identity in Medicaid, another in WIC and another on the voter roll. Vast government databases are virtually invisible to current SQL/relational technology. Fractal and other super-computes are delivering real-time visibility to identity fraud lasting decades. One of the first benefits is the Undeliverable Ballot Database -- saving the mail carrier all those fake ballots.
