Florida Democrats accused of shielding Biden from rivals

Joe Biden’s rivals for the Democratic nomination in the 2024 US presidential election have accused the party leadership in Florida of undermining democracy by denying them a place on the ballot in a primary vote.

Under state rules, parties decide who can enter a primary election, and the deadline for submitting a list of recognized candidates to Florida officials was last Thursday. However, in a move on November 1 that largely went under the radar, Florida Democrats notified the authorities that current US President Biden was their only selection, effectively scrapping the primary.

EXCLUSIVE: The FBI Report on the Late Night Ballot Fraud Operation in Georgia in 2020 EXONERATES RUDY GIULIANI and Implicates Chris Wray

Chris Wray’s FBI, along with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s office, released a report in June that concluded that they “did not uncover any violations” during their investigation of the late-night ballot counting at The State Farm Center in Atlanta, Georgia on Election Day November 3, 2020.

Again, the report was just released in June by Chris Wray’s FBI and the GBI in Georgia – along with Georgia SOS Brad Raffensperger. It appears that there was no new information in the report other than what was known in December 2020, so it begs the question – Why did it take three years for Chris Wray’s FBI to release the report?

The Gateway Pundit was the first to report that the election workers, Ruby Freeman, Shae Moss, Ralph Jones, and others, were shoving stacks of ballots through the machines numerous times. There is a video of Ruby taking a stack of ballots and shoving the ballots through the machines three times. There is a video of Ralph shoving that same stack of ballots through his machine. After a three-year investigation — Chris Wray and the FBI DO NOT EVEN MENTION THIS in their Investigative findings.

Kari Lake Makes Ominous Warning

Former Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake wrote that "no one is safe" after it was confirmed earlier this week that her lawyers may face punishment over her election-related lawsuits.

The Attorney Discipline Probable Cause Committee filed probable cause orders against her attorneys, Bryan Blehm, Kurt Olsen, and Andrew Parker, who had represented Ms. Lake in multiple lawsuits that were filed after the 2022 midterms.

Ms. Lake, who is now running for Arizona's Senate seat in 2024, filed multiple lawsuits and made multiple claims questioning the legitimacy of the election, particularly in Maricopa County. Both Mr. Olsen and Mr. Blehm were sanctioned by the Arizona Supreme Court over some of the assertions.

Responding to the move, Ms. Lake wrote that it's a sign "they are coming after my attorneys for having the courage to represent We the People in election challenges. The politicized Bar Association is trying to take away their law licenses."

"They are suing me for having the courage to speak out about election fraud and maladministration. They are indicting and persecuting President Trump. They are imprisoning journalists. You are next. No one is safe with this tyrannical government," she warned on X, formerly Twitter.

She also told a news outlet that "there is a war that’s happening against our republic. And I mean, I think that’s a fair assessment. I think there was a coup when they stole our election in Arizona."

“There was a coup and a takeover of our state government. ... The people’s will .... was taken from them when they when they rigged an election and they installed people in our state government who were not duly elected. And this is why I continue to fight every day,” Ms. Lake concluded.

From the Judge:

In a ruling on Nov. 30, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge John Hannah denied her lawyers from gaining access to the ballot envelopes in connection to last year’s elections. He argued that releasing the ballot envelopes and signatures would imperil the verification process for future Arizona elections.

“The broad right of electoral participation outweighs the narrow interests of those who would continue to pick at the machinery of democracy,” the judge wrote at the time, adding that the release of the envelopes would “create a significant risk of widespread voter fraud where none now exists.”

Where none has been proven to now exist, which is hard to do when you can't get election records released or fair legal proceedings.

Their release, he said, would also “expose voters to harassment and potentially force them to defend the integrity of their own votes. Some number of voters would stop participating entirely, out of fear of identity theft or concern about privacy.”

“Those individuals have exactly the same interest in being heard through the electoral process as those who voted for unsuccessful candidates in past elections. Their frustration and disillusionment are every bit as harmful to democratic self-government as the frustration and disillusionment of those who have come to doubt the ‘integrity’ of the electoral process,” Judge Hannah wrote.

GEORGIA

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger asks the state legislature to rule that ONLY U.S. CITIZENS CAN LEGALLY VOTE in the state of Georgia.

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) -Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is urging the upcoming General Assembly to approve a state constitutional amendment prohibiting non-American citizens from voting in elections.

“With open borders, citizenship verification for voter registration is more important than ever,” Raffensperger said in a statement released early Dec. 11, 2023. “Organizations like the Georgia Coalition for the People’s Agenda are currently suing to end critical citizenship verification in our registration process, potentially exposing our elections to foreign interference, and diluting the power of legally registered voters.

“I’m calling on the General Assembly to take immediate action and pass a constitutional amendment ensuring that no liberal group can leverage the courts to add noncitizens to our voter rolls,” he said.

THIS IS BIG: Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger Refuses to Testify Under Oath About Secretary of State’s Dominion Voting Machines

As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier this year – the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia unsealed the 96-page Halderman Report in June 2023- the Security Analysis of Georgia’s ImageCast X Ballot Marking Devices.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was hiding this report from the public for two years.

University of Michigan Professor of Computer Science and Engineering J. Halderman and Security Researcher and Assistant Professor at Auburn University Drew Sringall collaborated on the report where they discovered many exploitable vulnerabilities in the Dominion Voting Systems’ ImageCast X system.

Far-left Georgia Judge Amy Totenberg sealed and covered up the results of the investigation on Dominion voting machines in Georgia and sat on the report for two years until its release last summer.

The report confirms that votes can be altered in the Dominion voting machines.

In fact, the report reveals that the Dominion software is vulnerable and can be hacked.

Trump-hating Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger hid this information from the public until June 2023.

Professor Halderman also tweeted out that Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger will not install Dominion’s security patches before the 2024 election.

“The known breaches in Georgia would be sufficient to uncover and exploit every vulnerability we found—and likely others we missed. Yet MITRE’s risk assessment assumes that Georgia perfectly protects the equipment from illicit access across all of its 159 counties.

“Astonishingly, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who has been aware of our findings for two years, just announced that the state will not get around to installing Dominion’s security patches until after the 2024 Presidential election.”

Raffensperger, a vocal Never-Trumper, has been aware of the investigators’ findings for two years!

That means Raffensperger, as Georgia’s Secretary of State, ran the vulnerable machines during his reelection in 2022!

Now, Secretary Raffensperger refuses to testify before the court in January regarding the state’s voting machines.

UPDATE: The 11th Circuit Court will meet on Friday to decide if Raffensperger should testify.

Maine Secretary of State Gleefully Explains Why She Unilaterally Barred Trump From 2024 Ballot….and It’s Worse Than You Think (VIDEO)

Democrat Shenna Bellows explains that she personally decided that Trump was guilty of engaging in an insurrection.

After disenfranchising hundreds of thousands of Republican voters in Maine, Bellows boasts about how proud she is of Maine's voter participation rate. "I smile because we were number one for voter turnout per capita in 2022.

Abnormally high voter turnout rates could be an indication of fraud, in which case one might look at the rate of inactive voters that have recently become active, but an honest canvassing would be a more accurate check. The concern being that inactive voters can be used for fraudulent votes. The cheat could be as simple as identifying inactive voters, getting absentee ballots in their names, then voting those ballots by depositing them in drop boxes or mail boxes. This is also why it's important to have clean and properly maintained voter rolls.

If you decide not to vote in any election, you may still want to check your voter and vote status on your county's election office website to make sure someone else has not voted for you.

Convicted Ballot Harvester Gloria Torres Appointed Vice Mayor of San Luis, Arizona Despite Guilty Plea in June 2023 Ballot Abuse Case

San Luis, Arizona – The small border city of San Luis, Arizona is embroiled in another controversy after a convicted ballot harvester, Gloria Torres, appointed the new Vice Mayor. Torres, who was convicted of ballot abuse in June 2023, was appointed in a close 4-3 vote during the regular city council meeting on December 13.

The decision came just six months after Torres pleaded guilty to ballot abuse charges in June 2023, which stemmed from involvement in a ballot harvesting scheme that was uncovered through an investigation by the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, assisted by the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office.

These indictments allege that Gloria Torres collected seven early ballots from Nadia Guadalupe Lizarraga-Mayorquin in the 2020 primary election, and Lizarraga-Mayorquin collected at least one early ballot from Flor Aylin Castaneda.

Gov Kemp and Raffensperger awarded the 2020 Voting Systems Contract to Dominion, for $150 million. (Waaaay overpriced. Mich paid Dominion $40 million.)

They both received illegal $$$ kickbacks. That's the base crime they are attempting to keep hidden.
