Wow. Just wow.

Cops are called to Michigan GOP gathering as brawl breaks out over locked room with one Republican leader saying another 'kicked me in my balls'

  • A fight broke out among members of the Michigan Republican Party during their gathering on Saturday night with at least one person taken to the hospital
  • Tensions reached boiling point at the Doherty Hotel in Clare as the state committee of the GOP convened to discussed the party's future
  • GOP Rep. James Chapman was locked outside of the meeting and allegedly kicked Mark DeYoung, chairman of Clare County GOP in the groin breaking a rib

As Michigan Republicans arrived at the venue, some found that the door where the meeting was taking place had already been locked and was limited to members of the state committee.

Mark DeYoung, chairman of the Clare County Republican Party, came to the door and claimed to have seen someone curse at him through one of the windows. Upon opening the door, DeYoung said he was instantly attacked. 'He kicked me in my balls as soon as I opened the door,' DeYoung told the outlet, noting how Chapman took a run at him - slamming him into a chair.

I don't know who the good guys or bad guys here. It would be real nice if JinMi sees this and could tell us more.

What I do know is that the good people of Michigan are in a similar boat to Arizona: Michigan Republicans are working hand-in-hand and cheek-to-cheek with the Democrats to steal their elections and cover up the dirty deeds. Not ALL Republicans, of course, but too damn many!

ETA: The above TGP article sources an article from the Detroit Press and The Washington Post. Detroit Press requires disabling ad blockers to view... and I don't link to the WaPo. But if you want to read the source articles, you can find the links at the above source.

House GOP Introduces Election Integrity Bill

House Administration Committee Republicans introduced an election integrity bill that they warn will be attacked by the left as similar to how Georgia’s 2021 election integrity law was.

Five of the committee’s Republican members held a press conference Monday in Georgia to announce the “American Confidence in Elections Act.”

When asked whether the committee expected Democrats to pushback against the legislation, Rep. Bryan Steil of Wisconsin, the committee’s chairman, said attacks are expected.

It requires states to preserve election materials like ballots and ballot envelope images for 22 months, and expressly allows the states to use those federal funds on audits and to implement certain restrictions on “ballot harvesting,” or designating a person to collect and return a mail ballot for a voter, according to a GOP summary of the bill. The Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration would also be required to provide data to states for the purposes of checking if registered voters are citizens or if they had died.

In changes to campaign finance rules, the bill loosens rules on political party committees coordinating expenditures with candidates and raises contribution limits for political party committees.

Another provision would prohibit 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations from directly funding election boards. The provision is a response to GOP uproar about “Zuckerbucks,” a reference to Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg pouring millions into a nonprofit that sent money to election boards in 2020, which Republicans allege benefited “overwhelmingly Democratic precincts” and funded activities that Republicans oppose like ballot drop boxes.

The bill also repeals an executive order from President Biden that directed heads of federal agencies to evaluate ways to promote voter registration and voter participation.

It's nice to see that the GOP are making constructive efforts with regards to improving election integrity.

Georgia, was an excellent place to choose to announce this bill. I think it's hilarious that there's even talk of charging Trump with election interference in possibly one of the shadiest elections in US history. Americans deserve to know the truth about Georgia's 2020 election, and I kind of hope they get it.

We share sources here.

What exactly did he lie about?

Are you aware of all the evidence already in the public domain regarding this matter?

I'll share some of it with you, since I know that this information can be hard to come by with all the information control and censorship in the US.

That's not what happened.

"While Giuliani does not admit to Plaintiffs’ allegations, he — for purposes of this litigation only — does not contest the factual allegations,” the filing said.

This is not an admission of lying.

Guilianni, like all of us then and now, have an OPINION about the 2020 election. The actual reality of the election is unknowable, and admittedly FULL of problems. To believe it was unfair, or miscounted, or even cheated is not a lie.

IT IS AN OPINION. There is a difference.

He called the 62-year-old temp worker a “professional vote scammer,” a “hustler” and a “known political operative” who “stuffed the ballot boxes.”He showed snippets of the video and repeatedly identified Moss and Freeman by name, calling them “crooks” who “obviously” stole votes.

Not an opinion, a lie!

😂

Sadly he won’t get a dime cuz he’s broke - dirt poor. Just like Pillow. Both lost everything promoting the idiot. So pathetically sad.

Hopefully they’ll get something from the news organization they’re suing as well. I can’t remember the name…

How is Avennatti these days?

What short memories some folks have.

Anyway, as time goes on we see more and more evidence of election fraud. Question is, why are you not also concerned as a voter?

Sounds more like an assessment to me. One that Rudy very likely has evidence to support, however it seems that he's decided that it's not in his best interest to do so, and recanted.

21 Donald Trump election lies listed in his new indictment

Lies, huh?

Let the discovery process begin.

I hope there's enough evidence out there that hasn't been destroyed, deleted, altered, or otherwise covered up, and enough people out there willing to testify that won't, or can't, be silenced with threats to their retirement savings, and or pensions accounts.

It's too bad that there were never any serious investigations into the 2020 election, and investigations into aspects of election fraud were not taken seriously. Even the results and findings from the full forensic audit in Maricopa county were censored, protected, and mostly ignored.

It's also a shame that some January 6th protesters decided to breach the Capitol building, instead of letting the 6 swing States that wanted to contest their electors to do so and summit their evidence of election fraud. Arizona was the only State that managed to do this, and they summited over 1,000 pieces of evidence when they did so. If nothing else, Congress should have that evidence from Arizona. There's plenty more out there too. There's a lot of election fraud evidence, especially out of Arizona and Georgia.

I think there needs to be efforts to have any secret records regarding 2020 election "fortification" aka fraud, and any records on operations regarding the Capitol breach declassified for the public with names retracted to protect the lives of the do-boys and girls. At this point, I think it's in the nation's best interest. This web of lies has gone too far. If we continue to allow our leaders to openly and blatantly break laws and steal elections, it's game over for our once great nation.

It's certainly interesting that this recent election indictment has been brought after the 22 month election records retention federal requirement.

I would like to see the timeline of this case.

Why weren't these charges brought during the election records retention timeframe? What took so long?

When did this investigation start, and if it started during the retention timeframe, why wasn't there an order for further evidence retention, seeing that such a high profile election investigation was ongoing?

Just because the government, IC, and media tells us that...

1. Afghanistan and Iraq had something to do with 9/11
2. Iraq had weapons of mass destruction
3. The US doesn't ever fund terrorism
4. The US never helps traffic humans or drugs
5. Pizzagate was a hoax
6. Wayfair just had some typos, it's just coincidence that part numbers of overpriced items matched up to missing children on the search engine Yandex
7. Seth Rich died during a robbery, Shawn Lucas OD'ed on his own 2 weeks after serving the DNC, and Harrison Deal's flaming car cash was an accident
8. Hunter's laptop is likely just Russian propaganda.
9. There was no systematic election fraud in the admittedly "fortified" 2020 election.
10. That an election worker scanning the same stack of ballots through a tally machine can be justified in any logical way, especially in a time sensitive operation such as an election.
11. Covid wasn't genetically engineered and experimental mRNA drugs are safe and effective.
12. UFOs and inter-dimensionals are real, pay no attention to the human developed technology that the government has been keeping from the population for decades.

Doesn't make it true.

Doesn't make it not true either. The point is that claims should be supported with evidence that isn't false, bias, or incomplete.

The idea that something is true just because a bunch of people who are trusted by the media, and or government say so, doesn't fool me, nor should it other ATSers.

We deny ignorance around here.

There was proof of massive 2020 election fraud in Michigan, before the election mind you, that was documented by their State Police and then handed up to the FBI to investigate; and said FIB buried it and let it go unpunished. The story goes into detail here:

It speaks to the importance of the integrity of chain of custody records as a requirement to certify elections. It 10 minutes and well worth watching.
