he asked the main counsel to borrow his pen that he was writing with. And then he goes over to the power button, leans down, he holds down the power button for between five to 10 seconds, probably 7 seconds, and it automatically puts the machine in safe mode.

…And this reboot happens. And he then shows the judge the display and it shows a picture of the on off button as he’s pushing it for five to 10 seconds to instigate the reboot. But before you reboot the whole thing there’ll be something that comes up to ask if he wants to go into safe mode, and then he pushes. Yes. So it doesn’t shut it down or reboot. He just goes into safe mode. And that allows him to open up files and change the content of files.

But that’s not all. Halderman also demonstrated how to fix the results and rig the count during an election.

Amber Connor: So you can actually install something that you’ve already pre-programmed, or you can program it at that point to do whatever you tell it to do. So that can be anything from, if they vote for George Washington, that it could then be recorded… or actually displayed as Benedict Arnold.

I still understand that there are methods to do electronic voting accurately, however full audits are needed to verify it.

Reports like the one above, definitely have me wondering if paper ballot voting is more secure though. It sounds like it would be in Georgia, at least.

I think one underlining problem we have is that, those who want to cheat, tend to find ways to, and that's even more of a problem when 3rd party companies cater to cheats.

BREAKING: FOIA Documents Reveal Government Officials Notified of Election Fraud in Michigan Following Election Day in 2020

In July 2023, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel (D-MI) charged 16 Republican Electors with political crimes in connection with the controversial 2020 Presidential election.

The ALTERNATE electors in Michigan, many of them senior citizens, were charged with eight felonies each, which could mean spending the rest of their lives in prison if AG Nessel has her way.

Each of the 16 defendants was charged with the following felonies:
One count of Conspiracy to Commit Forgery, a 14-year felony,
Two counts of Forgery, a 14-year felony,
One count of Conspiracy to Commit Uttering and Publishing, a 14-year felony,
One count of Uttering and Publishing, a 14-year felony,
One count of Conspiracy to Commit Election Law Forgery, a 5-year felony, and,
Two counts of Election Law Forgery, a 5-year felony.

During her staged press release where she announced the bogus charges against the 16 GOP electors, Michigan’s politically motivated Attorney General Dana Nessel stated the electors were GUILTY, which is a curious statement to make from Michigan’s top law enforcement officer, knowing the electors haven’t even had their day in court!

The defendants, acting on evidence that the election in their State had likely been stolen after the bizarre early morning spike in votes for Joe Biden, submitted an ALTERNATE slate of electoral votes alternative for President Trump to the Electoral College.

Michigan’s lawless attorney general would like the people of Michigan to believe that the electors had “no reason” to believe that the election was anything but “the most secure election in history.”

Yet she herself was fully aware that in OCTOBER, a month before the 2020 election, a full-scale investigation involving the Muskegon Police Department, MI State Police, lead investigators from the Attorney General’s office, and MI SOS Jocelyn Benson’s office was underway, involving over ten thousand voter registrations turned in by one individual at the city clerk’s office Muskegon, MI.

Furthermore:

Department of Justice officials knew on November 5, 2020, two days after the election, that there was a very serious accusation of voter fraud reported at the TCF Center in Detroit from election night.

In a November 5 email, Troy Cummings, a Michigan attorney, contacted Matthew Schneider at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to report an “egregious situation” at Detroit’s TCF Center involving the counting of ballots and “ballot fraud in Detroit.” The email to the DOJ included photographs supporting the allegations.

Matthew Schneider found the claims “alarming” and requested an FBI investigation. He forwarded the information to several DOJ officials at the time.

A declaration that is part of an agreed upon legal settlement, has the litigation behind it to give it value, but that doesn't mean that the declaration itself is the truth.

An unrelated example of this being, an innocent person that has been indicted of multiple felonies by a kangaroo court choosing to take a plea-bargain, then after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor and accepting probation, having to swear that they believe that they are guilty of the misdemeanor they plead guilty to.

Election officials’ homes ‘swatted’ as presidential race heats up

The practice has emerged as a major concern for election officials ahead of this year’s presidential election, but combatting swatting is fraught with unique challenges that authorities are seemingly unprepared for: The inherent anonymity of swatting and the technological tools that fuel it have outpaced law enforcement’s ability to tamp it down, according to interviews with 16 current and former election and law enforcement officials.

CNN identified multiple such accounts online and conducted interviews with people linked to two of them who declined to identify themselves or offer definitive proof of their services, though they offered to discuss their methods and motivations. Both accounts claimed to have made thousands of dollars through swatting and denied fear of legal consequences due to their processes of using software for anonymity.

“i dont think ill ever get caught,” stated one who responded to questions in a messaging app and claimed to use text-to-voice programs and VPNs – virtual private networks – to contact law enforcement.

At least four swatting incidents have been aimed at the homes of senior officials who oversee or work to secure elections since December. Aside from Ashcroft, who is running for governor in Missouri, those hoaxes involved officials’ homes in Maine, Georgia and Virginia. Each case remains under investigation, local authorities said.

The appeal calls for SCOTUS to issue a Writ of Certiorari to the lower courts which have thus far refused to address evidence of election manipulation using electronic voting systems. This case started in Arizona calling for an injunction against the machines featuring Kari Lake and Mark Finchem as plaintiffs.

But the law allows the introduction of additional evidence because the case was dismissed on standing. This new evidence is the most EXPLOSIVE EVER. The whole world can see it Thursday, March 14 when it is filed with the Supreme Court of the United States.

I read that, it's very thorough. I just hope the case gets an honorable judge(s) that will go by the rule of law and looks at all this evidence, not cave in to political BS, like they have done already. It's obvious to everyone on the planet how corrupted Maricopa county was (is). It needs cleaning up in a bad way.

Ba rry County Sheriff Dar Leaf: ‘Foreign nationals have accessed electronic voting machines in Michigan’

On Sunday, Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf called on U.S. Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, to follow-up on the sheriff’s investigation of electronic voting machines used in Michigan’s state, local, and national election in 2020.

“My office has come into possession of evidence that foreign nationals have accessed electronic voting machines in Michigan and other states,” Leaf’s letter states. “This evidence demonstrates that electronic voting machines and electronic election systems used for elections in Michigan and throughout the United States are not secure and an immediate investigation is needed by Congress.”

On Monday, the Detroit News reported Leaf released over “2,100 pages of emails of Dominion Voting Systems” on X, formerly Twitter. The newspaper was unable to confirm whether Leaf personally controlled the social media account. The newspaper reported Dominion alleges Leaf obtained Dominion’s internal email messages by improperly breaching a court order. The intercepted emails are marked “confidential,” according to the News.

“I have evidence in my file of Serbian foreign nationals entering our election system while the votes were being counted, and prior to certification,” Leaf’s letter continues. “The election vendor, Dominion, hired these Serbian employees and disclosed in emails that they are not able to provide backgrounds on these individuals due to law in Serbia. In has only been a mere 25 years since conflict involving Serbia. Therefore, the United States has allowed a scenario where potentially Serbian military criminals are running our elections and remotely entering our election equipment,” Leaf wrote.

Dominion has retaliated against previous claims there existed improprieties with their electronic voting systems. For example, Fox News settled a defamation suit with Dominion for $787.5 million. Dominion is currently suing Patrick Byrne for defamation over his claims Dominion software compromised the integrity of the 2o20 election. The Detroit News reported that Byrne’s attorney Patricia Lambert has been working closely with Leaf.

Leaf called “false assurances” federal and state agency claims “that our elections were secure and not compromised through remote network access or otherwise.” The sheriff also said he is in possession of “evidence that U.S. Dominion and its affiliates (Dominion) instructed its employees to alter or otherwise falsify the integrity of the software and hardware in its voting machines and systems to attain certification by the Election Assistance Commission (EAC), even when they knew that the systems could not be properly verified and certified.” Leaf continued: “Additionally, I have evidence that the voting machines and systems are vulnerable to alteration and manipulation, i.e., interference, by the use of thumb drives and external devices that can be surreptitiously connected to voting machines before, during, and after elections.”
