MI State Board of Canvassers Testimony of Senator Patrick Colbeck

Anyone heard from Boa lately. I haven't seen her post anywhere about anything...
What’s Happening with True the Vote?
Lots. You may have noticed we’ve taken particularly harsh incoming for the past several weeks. The Georgia State Election Board sued us (making it the third lawsuit we’re fighting in the state). Next came a much discussed Wall Street Journal editorial that repeated the same inaccuracies we’ve heard so many times before (though it was the first time from the Journal). Then there were the Michigan and Georgia alternate elector indictments. All leading, of course, to the indictments leveled at President Donald Trump.
It’s a difficult time to be a truth teller. Or to debate. Or even ask questions. There was something, many things actually, very wrong with the 2020 Election. And as Americans, we have the constitutional right to talk about election integrity without fear of retribution like indictments, lawsuits, prison, or any other form of persecution. But yet … here we are.
Eyes on Georgia. This week we’re Atlanta-bound, accompanying our all-star legal team to present an important argument in one of our cases. This one involves the movie “2000 Mules” and a recent Supreme Court ruling concerning the definition of intimidation, which is (of course) what we’re being accused of. That’s all I can say for now, but I’ll keep you updated. This could make for a legal tidal wave in contemporary jurisprudence. Additionally, we’ve filed our response in the Georgia State Election Board suit. Here is our Motion to Dismiss, hot off the press. …

Good to see activity on the thread. Funny that you're wondering about me. I'm a hot mess. I am having surgery to remove a brain tumor tomorrow. Just trying to tie up loose ends today. Don't know when or if I'll be back. It's been an honor and privilege to know you. You all take care. Be good to yourselves and your loved ones. ❤️
Arizona State Representative Alex Kolodin recently told The Gateway Pundit that legal action may be taken against Runbeck Runbeck Election Services’ failure to comply with public records request related to a legislative election investigation.
Maricopa County officials have made unequivocal statements reassuring the public that they have not used artificial intelligence in the 2022 General Election.
For example:
The Chairman of the Board of Supervisors has stated that the Recorders Office “does not use artificial intelligence to verify signatures, humans verify the signatures.” – Bill Gates, @billgatesaz, Twitter post (4/15/22).
As The Gateway Pundit reported, a similar lawsuit was filed by We The People AZ Alliance seeking Runbeck’s surveillance video to possibly explain discrepancies in ballot chain of custody documentation.
Runbeck, despite being a private company, is the custodian of these records and must comply with Arizona’s Public Records Law based on precedent in an Arizona Court of Appeals case brought by Phoenix Newspapers, Inc. against Cyber Ninjas and the Arizona Senate during the 2020 Election Audit. Like the records from Cyber Ninja’s 2020 election audit, Runbeck’s documents pertaining to public elections are public records.
Runbeck to Legislature: Eat #. We may run elections but our chain of custody docs/security footage are not public records! Oh, also we don't care that the Court of Appeals said otherwise to Cyber Ninjas! We mention that our lawyer is related to Hobbs' deputy chief of staff? pic.twitter.com/9piTpLyJCN

he snooty response from Runbeck mocked the legislators and attacked them for holding strong election integrity agendas. Runbeck further denied the requests, claiming that the law doesn’t apply to them and that the requests were “‘overbroad,’ burdensome, and unenforceable” and “based on an illegitimate legislative investigation into a non-existent issue.” Runbeck claims the software, which they admittedly “designed and produced,” is used to determine whether a signature is present or not,” but also that “there is no artificial intelligence involved in this determination.”
Now a resurfaced radio interview with WABE, reveals Willis had a lack of confidence in Georgia’s election process during her own election primary.
Michigan’s official voter rolls, called the Qualified Voter File or QVF, contain approximately 50,000 registrants recorded as living in multi-unit housing units but lacking a residential extension number. How these ineligible registrations occurred or why the Secretary of State’s office is failing to address the problem remains unclear. But one thing is clear: These registrations violate the law, and absentee ballots cannot be delivered to them.
BREAKING: New FOIA records reveal Fulton election officials in 2020 deputized 100s of anti-Trump Dems from ACLU, gave them power to process absentee ballot apps rec'd thru online portals & then equipped ACLU poll workers w/ iPads to cancel absentee ballots w/o county supervision

Thanks, Indie. You're the best. For both the good wishes and the continued updates. Election integrity is STILL our most crucial issue.
Election Integrity is so horrible here in the U.S., there was not a single question about it during the Republican debate last week. The candidates didn't bring it up. FoxNews moderators didn't bring it up. Stunning.

I agree, but there were a couple of things worth mentioning.
Pence asked everyone if they would just agree that he did the right thing on January 6th.
And Nikki Haley explained that it's important not to question the 2020 election, so that the 2024 election won't be questioned.

If I remember correctly, Kari Lake showed that in the 2022 election, Maricopa county used Runbeck Election Services, a 3rd party, to do their excessively high adjudication, out of sight from the public and party observers, and with intelligent computer software.
Kari Lake’s trial in her lawsuit to inspect 2022 mail-in ballot signatures from Maricopa County starts at 9:00am PT/12:00pm ET as she continues her fight against the stolen election. This lawsuit comes after Maricopa County denied a lawful public records request for mail-in ballot affidavit envelopes that were accepted and counted in Maricopa County’s elections.
Under the Arizona Elections Procedures Manual currently in place, when a signature is accepted on a mail-in ballot envelope or a voter uses an in-person polling place touch screen signature log, it is added to the voter’s “registration record” to be used for future reference. Many voters were seen with similar affidavit signatures in consecutive elections that do not match other signatures on their voter registrations or past affidavits. County Recorders just need to cheat consistently with the same bullsh*t signatures.
Likewise, the Judge in Lake’s lawsuit previously told Maricopa County he is “not convinced that the ballot affidavit is a voter registration record.” Therefore, the records would not carry a privacy exception to public records law, as Maricopa County claims.
Maricopa County Recorder RINO Stephen Richer has been subpoenaed to testify and defend Maricopa County’s mail-in ballot procedures and their refusal to be transparent. The Recorder oversees mail-in voting operations, which were manipulated to steal the election from Kari Lake.
