That is because the FBI, DHS and DEA all know about it already. Nothing will be done with this administration. Very Very sad.

It's crazy, eh? But at this point, not surprising. Not in the least!

Here's a very good summary of Ms. Breger's testimony at the hearing:

Explosive Testimony at Senate Elections and House Municipal Oversight & Elections Joint Meeting Accuses Hobbs, Fontes, Runbeck, and Judges of Racketeering

I also found a YouTube video of her testimony (for anyone who has trouble with other video players -- like me!) --

Arizona State Senator WENDY ROGERS went from being a MAGA-Patriot in 2020, to now supporting Katie Hobbs and others
named in the explosive testimony last week.

Wendy Bashed the Presenters last week, and was in turn, admonished and "set straight" today, by a high-profile Arizona attorney.

See the letters here: truthsocial.com...

This will all just "go away" if the majority of top officials are corrupt.

I'm not ready to give up on Wendy yet. I don't believe for a minute Wendy wrote that personally or even came up with the idea. That would be lawyers trying to cover their asses.

And, to be honest, they aren't wrong that all of this needs to be turned over to law enforcement for investigation. Nor are they wrong to be careful about naming names with unless they can damn well prove it.

This presentation was always just the first step in a much bigger process. Getting it in open public record of official legislative proceedings is brilliant but ONLY if they can back it up with proof. We don't have that proof yet and that's not on the legislatures or Wendy Rogers.

As for Pete Santilli, he's a blowhard. At best. Doesn't surprise me he's trying to blow this up but I don't trust his motives. I'm not sure he's a good guy.

I understand what you're saying about introducing new evidence, and I'm sure her attorneys know that and have told her.

Maybe their purpose is to get it introduced on a court record, even if not considered in the end?

I don't know, but you're right and I agree that her attorneys have to know this (if they don't they're morons, and I don't believe they're morons).

That said, this evidence is completely and totally new and unrelated to her current/past filings, so would warrant a brand new lawsuit in and of itself, so worst case - she just files a new one.

Whatever Kari does, I'm hoping Kari has her own people taking a good hard look at it all and trying to confirm/refute any or all of it.

Kari can't afford to take anything at face value. If she runs with this and it's later proven false then she's discredited herself.

Totally agree, but from what little I know, this John Thaler guy is legit, and has a whole lot of bangup credentials to his name. Listening to how they handle their investigations, it sounds like it would be really hard for them to get anything wrong.

The bottom line is, they would have to be totally inept morons to go out on a limb like they did by naming all of the names they named.

I'm not seeing anywhere that Kari's appeal to the Supreme Court was filed today. Certainly not on her Twitter. Kari herself is speaking at CPAC today I believe, but that shouldn't stop her attorneys from filing.

Maybe tomorrow...

Gov. Hobbs responds to allegations accusing leaders of being bribed by cartel

"It makes the legislature, quite honestly, a laughing stock and Arizona by extension, and I hope folks are held accountable for this,” Hobbs said during a news conference.

The governor also said giving election deniers an official platform to air unsubstantiated conspiracy theories is dangerous and irresponsible. Hobbs didn’t indicate she was seeking a legal remedy, but Republican Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer said he’s considering a defamation suit.

About what I'd expect... doesn't address any of the allegations, just more noise.

I would like to see some folks in Arizona held accountable as well.

Last I heard, Stephen Richer is in Panama on an extended vacation. He should file a defamation suit against John Thaler though. I know that Mr. Thaler would like to be sued for defamation, and he is eager to take full advantage of discovery processes.

That was so infuriating. It was all so funny to them... like an inside joke and eff everyone not in on it.

Just despicable.

LOL -- woke up this morning and came out to hear Kari on TV on an old video of a police chase and Kari following/reporting the chase my husband was watching.

Kari said at one point that she'd love to see other drivers block them in and that she would... she also commented that in Arizona they might just be shot instead. Shocked the other commentator!

so now that an outside group has shown where the corruption is, and how it's paid out, will there be any official investigations, or will this be hand waived away? I have seen compelling evidence in the past be ridiculed and ignored.
I don't know what makes this different.

Given that the both the sheriff and the AG are part of the corruption, I do not expect an official investigation. I do not know where this will go from here, but someone needs to get creative and think outside the box. It took a long time and a lot of effort to get us here. They aren't going down without a fight. We knew that. We knew it wouldn't be easy.

Like Kari said --

Nothing has been easy. When corruption has risen to the level it is at right now, it takes tough, strong people. Are you tough and strong? Are you willing to continue this fight?"

Not everyone is up for the fight. I hope and pray some are.

Well, that video wasn't biased.

One line really caught my attention. When the narrator said that "Election deniers are really being divisive."

Nobody denied that there was an election. Nobody.

And it's the half of the country that are ignoring the proven fraud that are dividing the country. Not the people that are just asking for fair elections.

Well, folks, still nothing from Kari. She said it would be filed by yesterday. I have no idea what the delay would be. I'd expect they'd be better prepared and ready to go much sooner than this.

Maybe tomorrow..
