In-Q-Tel investments offer interesting clues into CIA areas of interest.
CIA’s Venture Capital Arm Is Funding Skin Care Products That Collect DNA
We’re all CIA assets! What can be done, a personal story
A successful psychological warfare campaign to break down traditional patterns of behavior would require a willingness to participate and the blueprint had already been laid out in 1953 by the CIA’s Psychological Strategy Board‘s comprehensive doctrine for social control known as PSB D-33/2. With an emphasis on the strange and the avant-garde, the CIA began bringing artists, writers and musicians into what was known as its “Freedom Manifesto”.
[comb your hair]
While declaring itself as an antidote to communist totalitarianism, one internal CIA critic of the program, PSB officer Charles Burton Marshall, viewed PSB D-33/2 itself as frighteningly totalitarian, interposing “a wide doctrinal system” that “accepts uniformity as a substitute for diversity,” embracing “all fields of human thought — all fields of intellectual interests, from anthropology and artistic creations to sociology and scientific methodology.” He concluded: “That is just about as totalitarian as one can get.”
The Canadian Patriot
Burnham’s Machiavellian elitism lurks in every shadow of the document. As recounted in Frances Stoner Saunder’s “The Cultural Cold War,” “Marshall also took issue with the PSB’s reliance on ‘non-rational social theories’ which emphasized the role of an elite ‘in the manner reminiscent of Pareto, Sorel, Mussolini and so on.’ Weren’t these the models used by James Burnham in his book the Machiavellians? Perhaps there was a copy usefully to hand when PSB D-33/2 was being drafted. More likely, James Burnham himself was usefully to hand.”
Burnham was more than just at hand when it came to secretly implanting a fascist philosophy of extreme elitism into America’s Cold War orthodoxy. With “The Machiavellians,” Burnham had composed the manual that forged the old Trotskyist left together with a right-wing Anglo/American elite.
James Q. Reber (July 16, 1911 – January 16, 2003): was the second deputy director of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). He was CIA from 1950-57 and later w/NRO from 1965-69 under LBJ/Nixon as the CORONA TALENT-Keyhole CIA Control Officer.
Skincential Sciences did not start out as a beauty company. The firm was founded in 2010 as DX Biosciences, which was developed around a patent by a team of scientists including Dr. Samir Mitragotri of the University of California, Santa Barbara. Mitragotri has published research into the use of biomarkers as a “window to body’s health.”

The final sentence is where the problem lies "We hope that someone will do the right thing." Exactly who?
Fear of retaliation, which is exactly what will happen, so the anonymous letter is sent where most likely it will just collect dust.
I have been mulling over exactly why someone like Fauci , 80 years old, whose birthday is on DEC. 24th has been permitted to stay on well past a normal retirement date. Advisor is one thing but full time in complete control?
I wonder if there is a Christian/satanic link over December 24th?
Anyway I digress. The point is as long as there are very entrenched leaders serious issues are never addressed. The only real hope is to throw the b**** out and bring in fresh leaders to reset the CDC and FDA.
If you want an example of how serious this entrenchment is ...straight from Biden/Biden Clone"

Professor Nolan was contacted by representatives of the Central Intelligence Agency and other American structures, and asked to participate in the study of biological samples of pilots who had a chance to deal with UFOs.

Havana syndrome caused by aliens! We are doomed!! Tin foil hat on tight, mind you.
Same story but with more details from Vice with the Nolan interview. Very interesting topics of discussion. Many key terms mentioned Havana Syndrome, and possible correlation to those who claim to hear a vibrational hum.
How does the impact of electromagnetic frequencies factor into your hypotheses about what exactly transpired here?
With one of the patients, it happened on the Skinwalker Ranch. Given how deep into their brain the damage went, we can actually estimate the amount of energy required in the electromagnetic wave someone aimed at them. We don't think that has anything to do with UAPs. We think that that's some sort of a state actor and again related to Havana syndrome somehow.
You've also analyzed inanimate materials like alleged UAP fragments...
You've probably heard of Jacques Vallée, Kit Green, Eric Davis and Colm Kelleher. All roads lead to them when it comes to UAP. I basically became friends with that whole group; they call it The Invisible College. When they found out some of the instruments that I had developed, using mass spectrometry, they asked if I could analyze UAP material, and tell them something about it. That led to the development of a roadmap of how to analyze these things.

The synchronicity of the SQUIDs should not be overlooked. Dr. Louis N. Ridenour and his close associate Dudley Allen Buck were the pioneers of such technology to make computer components super small. Now, consider microwave beam technology reduced to a portable device that may be causing the Havana Syndrome or AHI.
The cryotron was a great breakthrough in the size of electronic computer elements. In the next decade, cryotron research at other laboratories resulted in the invention of the Crowe Cell at IBM, the Josephson Junction, and the SQUID.
SQUID = Superconducting Quantum Interference Device, is a very sensitive magnetometer.
Much more to the story over the decades, leading us to...

FBI Informants Involved in 22,800 Crimes in Decade: Report - 11-30-2021
.....Unclassified government documents obtained by Gizmodo earlier this year found that 9,600 crimes were committed by FBI informants just during 2017 and 2018 — the first two years of Donald Trump’s presidency.
Two recent examples noted by TRT World are the plan to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Witmer and the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
In terms of the plan to kidnap the Michigan governor, 12 informants were found to have been involved in the conspiracy to kidnap Witmer, according to Buzzfeed News. The FBI informants reportedly planned meetings and purchased explosives for participants.
The New York Times also reported this summer that at least two FBI informants were embedded with the crowd on January 6 in Washington D.C., and were in contact with their FBI handlers the day of the Capitol riot.
All of these crimes have cost taxpayers money, $294 million (2012-2018) with an average of $42 million annually to be exact — with “long term” FBI informants comprising 20 percent of its intelligence relationships and fund recipients....

They shut down the whole Homestead Air Reserve Base and are telling people an explosive device “rolled where it shouldn’t be”? Whoopsie? They are telling people in the area to stay in their homes.

“Christmas is really about bringing out your inner pagan," historian Kenneth C. Davis told "CBS This Morning." According to Davis, Christmas was celebrated as early as the fourth century, suggesting that it had almost nothing to do with Jesus Christ.”

alternative meaning of "before" is "in front of someone or something."
We may have a Pool connection here. Israel [save for last] Kamakawiwo"ole"s #1 song Over The Rainbow is one of the most popular funeral songs.
Pool played What A Wonderful Life which is Kam's #2 most popular funeral song.
Of his work on The Wizard of Oz, his son (and biographer) Ernie Harburg has said:
So anyhow, Yip also wrote all the dialogue in that time and the setup to the songs and he also wrote the part where they give out the heart, the brains and the nerve, because he was the final script editor. And he—there were eleven screenwriters on that—and he pulled the whole thing together, wrote his own lines and gave the thing a coherence and unity which made it a work of art. But he doesn't get credit for that. He gets lyrics by E. Y. Harburg, you see. But nevertheless, he put his influence on the thing.

I'm over the rainbow
Drifting in the snow
Please keep me ice cold
Keep me hollow, I'm
Over the rainbow
No yellow brick road
Can't seem to find home
Over the rainbow
Walkin' in my shoes with no rubies
Can't run away from all the memories
Nobody wake me from this bad dream
'Cause I do like it down here, I don't want to leave
