New York City's response plans for a chemical or biological attack will be put to the test in the coming weeks as part of a study of the city's subway system.
The MTA says the Department of Homeland Security working alongside a team of researchers and city agencies will deploy a non-toxic gas this month at about 120 locations operated by transit agencies.
The tests will be conducted on five separate days between Oct. 18 and 29.
Straphangers and anyone in the vicinity of testing operations is advised that the gas is non-toxic and poses no health risk to the public.
The study simulates "the aerosol release of a biological agent in a densely populated urban environment."......

cranky, I think the Prosecutor used his iPhone on purpose - knowing that it would reduce the video quality when emailed or MMSd from an iPhone?
It gives him the excuse "I selected the full quality drone footage - it wasn't me that reduced quality, it was the iPhone"?

MoneyGram, a remittance-focused company, announced a new pilot in the Stellar blockchain after inking a partnership with the Stellar Development Foundation (SDF). According to the blog post, both parties agreed to launch a live cash-in and cash-out pilot in the US.
That said, participants can deposit cash into their wallets at participating MoneyGram locations and send payments internationally via Stellar’s USDC. Also, the pilot allows participants to exchange USDC for any fiat currency supported on the MoneyGram platform.
“Electronic wallets, app-based financial services and digital assets are more popular than ever, and one payments company has taken note of the growing adoption of these innovative products and services,” the Stellar Development Foundation noted. Moreover, settlements are nearly instantaneous via USDC payments, which expects to accelerate ‘fund collection, improve efficiency and reduce risk’.

I really didn't know anything about the assassination of Malcom X, but looking it up on Wikipedia it seems he was killed due to infighting among the Nation of Islam. Apparently, one gunman who confessed to the killing said these other two guys weren't involved, but everybody ignored him and convicted them anyway!

Im curious more precisely how they became known.
"The frozen vials labeled 'Smallpox' were incidentally discovered by a laboratory worker while cleaning out a freezer in a facility that conducts vaccine research in Pennsylvania. CDC, its Administration partners, and law enforcement are investigating the matter and the vials' contents appear intact," the CDC added.
"The laboratory worker who discovered the vials was wearing gloves and a face mask. We will provide further details as they are available."
My Quick analysis says this is a scare tactic for people to get CV jabbed.

So why hasn't law Enforcement gone after the people buying or unloading these bricks every time there's a riot expected to happen? I mean they have been going after people yelling at city and school board officials?

I’m wondering if in the coming months the governments begin mandating that once you’ve been jabbed, you MUST get the boosters. You can’t opt out once you’ve been jabbed. They may try to scare the jabbed that without boosters, the original dose(s) become “harmful” if booster jabs are not taken.
Heck, do they require you to sign anything when you get jabbed? No disclosure with fine print? Once jabbed you may always be jabbed.
Once they’ve max’d out the % of who will get the jab and fail to get it to 100%…. Then their plan (whatever that is) shifts away from unvaxxed and to the vaxxed.
The OSHA decision to cease enforcement of its ETS due to pending judicial rulings tells me they know it’s likely dead and continuing to push it in violation of the stay would backfire.
In my opinion, companies & businesses who are requiring vax status to remain employed are going to regret it. If they reverse direction, the forced jabbed will ask “why” and if it’s risks associated with the jab, lawsuits will fly. The unvaxxed will not be so eager to return to those companies OR hire on to them if they know that the “management” will fold up on the employees easily.
Interesting months ahead. Have they determined that if you’re jabbed, male or female, it will pass on to offspring?
Holding steady here. No jab. Never been tested. Haven’t missed a day of work. So far. So good. I wonder what’s next? Smallpox? A new & improved COVID-## that’s more lethal? Some Evil peeps out there in those labs. Sure, it may be “preventative” in design but the risks of escape clearly are very high.
