Without ratting anyone out, some times wearing ID patches are part of a contract. Those patches can, and often are, other country or groups in order to deflect from who is paying for the service. Especially in the area of black-market soldiers.

Yes, sure caught my BS meter. I'm sure WHO or CDC has a list buried somewhere, but the highest Mortality rate for a virus that I'm aware of is the Marburg virus at 80% from 1967.
