The numbers close to the wedges (i.e., 20, 30, 35, and 45) stand, respectively, for 200, 300, 350, and 450 line resolution. Between each of these numbers is a line which stands for the middle value. It reminds me of some videos that have been posted in these threads, where a person freezes with a blank stare, like they have been taken over by some outside influence. Her eyes do something weird before she turns and laughs.
