Guyfriday, update on SR's Germany state, as I perceive it from Telegram updates:
1) Germany has passed the increased lockdown powers law,
2) Once it is signed into law then Germany has broken the Nuremburg Code,
3) This gives Allied powers legal right to militarily take over Germany (implied),
