See, that was your first mistake. Believing America hasn't been a third world #hole for a while now. Even years ago, last time.I was down there, it was just endless highways dotted with anti-meth and anti-suicide billboards with tiny 'communities' scattered every couple hundred miles.

Communities consisting of a handful of churches and fastfood places, and a gas station that usually doubled as the town grocery store.

No schools, no doctors or hospitals for hundreds of miles. This was across multiple states.

That's not what I would consider a first world country to be honest.

Not sure where you're from, but that is rank exaggeration.

There may be spots in empty areas of Nevada etc. in which one would have to drive a long way to get to a doctor ... but that is not typical at all of the USA.

There are plenty of infrastructure and other problems in the USA, but what you mention here is not on-target.

Given the dates, it would seem John Sullivan had a deal with CNN PRIOR to January 6th to pay him for his footage. We know he was with CNN reporter chick, but the average person might not make that connection.

So, removing them entering together, how does the average person explain CNN finding John Sullivan and his video work seconds after the horrifying bloody massacre that was the insurrection by armed militants direct by DJT to murder the entire House and Senate and take over the country (last part is sarcasm)?

dug, first off, those are really sparsely populated states. In many areas of those states, it would be like looking at the outback in Australia and using it as a gauge for all of Australia.

It varies by location. The eastern half of the country is much more populated and consequently has a lot more infrastructure of every kind.

FWIW, "that agency" claims the USA has about 2.6 doctors per 1,000 people. Australia does better at 3.6 or thereabouts.

The real health care problem in the USA is not facilities or doctors, it is a cost and private insurance scheme that makes it prohibitively expensive for many people to get the care they need. As an aside, I've seen and used both the American system and European medical care systems. Both have their advantages and disadvantages, but IMO the USA could do a lot better in providing at least basic medical care at reasonable cost for all.
