Show me one.
Other than letters and meetings with no conclusions.

The subject of this particular thread seems to have created two distinct sides. Has anyone noticed that one side always resorts to childish name calling? While the other side just wants to partcipate in adult discussion until the truth is revealed - whatever that may turn out to be. I wonder why the two sides are so diametrically opposed in this obvious manner? And it is obvious.

I think there's a clear disconnect between people's interpretation of "update".
Official: Day 1 - We don't know anything yet, we'll update you
.
.
Official Day 5 - We Still don't know anything yet, we'll update you.
In the above scenario, I dont consider that to be an "update", merely a regurgitation of what they already did not know. Some may, however, consider that to be an actual update official or otherwise.
"By deciding this motion, the court is not saying that there were no problems in the way that Antrim County conducting its November 2020 elections," Elsenheimer said. "The clerk has admitted that there were challenges and problems in the elections, although the hand count ultimately of the presidential election showed the results were largely consistent with the canvas totals that were entered by the state and reported by the county. Nor am I saying that the processing of election data here wasn't corrupted or corruptible. I don't have the facts to make that determination."
He then referred to the recentĀ Colonial Pipeline hackĀ that caused gasoline shortages in swaths of the country.
"The plaintiff's reports and news of the day, including a computer hack recently of a main petro fuel pipeline on the East Coast might well suggest that this is something that policymakers should be looking into in the future. If election results were to be held for ransom in the future, one could only imagine what would happen," he said.
"I am saying that as pled, the plaintiffs's request for an audit is not available. Anticipating the possibility of appeal, this court will take all pending motions under advisement," he added.
DePerno did not return theĀ Washington Examiner'sĀ request for comment on an appeal and any other next steps. He did react onĀ Twitter, saying: "Apparently the SOS can conduct the audit in any way she determines even if she is actively part of the fraud."
During an appearance with Bailey on Monday, DePerno told supporters thatĀ "explosive" evidenceĀ showed there were multiple ways there could have been issues with ballot tabulation and called on state legislators to conduct a statewide audit of the election as an alternative to the court system route.
Benson celebrated the judge's ruling Tuesday in a statement, which noted that Elsenheimer is a former Republican state legislator.
"The dismissal of the last of the lawsuits attempting to undermine democracy in furtherance of the Big Lie affirms that despite intense scrutiny, and an unprecedented misinformation campaign, the 2020 election was fair and secure, and the results accurately reflect the will of the voters," she said.

Serial numbers missing between original, duplicate ballots in Arizona election audit: official
justthenews.com... il&utm_campaign=newsletter
The Arizona Senate's audit of Maricopa County's general election has hit a new snag: verifying whether some ballots may have been counted twice.
The liaison between Senate Republicans who authorized the audit and county officials told a hearing Tuesday that serial numbers were missing on damaged ballots that were duplicated so they could be read by vote tabulation machines.

I'd say that disconnect is between the definition of "update" and "conclusion."
Something about serial numbers missing from ballots.
Madam President, this comes right out of ars.16.621 which says, āif any ballot including any ballot received from early voting is damaged or defective so that it cannot properly be counted by the automatic tabulating equipment, a true duplicate copy shall be made of the damaged or defective ballot in the presence of witnesses and substituted for the damaged or defective ballot.ā It also says āall duplicated duplicate ballots created pursuant to this subsection shall be clearly labeled duplicate and shall bear a serial number that shall be recorded on the damaged or defective ballot.ā Weāve started into our first boxes of ballots that were damaged and had to be sent to duplication, there are some other situations, for example, braille ballots ā I looked at a box of braille ballots the other day and a braille ballot is about the size of a cookbook and itās got a big plastic ring thing on the side and itās about an inch thick and that has to be determined what were the votes in that and those votes have to be reflected on a duplicate ballot. As we were going through some of the early boxes of boxes marked as original or damaged ballots sent to duplication, we then went to boxes marked duplicate ballots and we are finding a six-digit unique identifier serial number, it says in ā16621ā on the duplicate ballots, but weāre not finding a corresponding serial number on the original ballot that was damaged or otherwise had to be duplicated. In fact I was so surprised that I brought the two observers from the Secretary of Stateās office over along with some other volunteer observers from various parties just to ā kind of ā document that weāre running into batch after batch after batch of ballots sent to duplication, but thereās no unique serial number or identification number on the ballot that had to be duplicated ā that should correspond with a ballot over in the āhas been duplicated boxā because those should match up one-for-one ā and obviously they should add up the total number of ballots as a whole, but you literally should be able to say āhereās the damaged ballotā and itās ā123456ā and āhereās the duplicated ballotā ā123456ā and anyone could be, should be, able to audit and say āyes we can see that the votes off of the damaged ballot ā that the machine couldnāt read ā have been correctlyā¦ madeā. And so we are struggling as to how weāre going to be able to match up ballots sent to be duplicated with the ballots that were duplicated, if one of those ā the originals ā are missing that six-digit numberā¦ weāre struggling as to how weāre going to be able to match the originals to the duplicates if the originals donāt have the same serial number as required by 16.621 as the duplicate palette does.
Either way my point was a misinterpretation which you seem to agree with.

That was my take away as well - link
Even if you cant match them up , do the stack of dupes match the stack of originals in numbers(maybe the original are just mixed in?), or can they simply not find them? Even without a match, you could still check the tallies if the originals are separated out
Even if this is never resolved, is the impact negligible?
