This really isn't stunning.

Stunning -- like all adjectives -- is in the eye of the beholder.

This was never going to go anywhere. I mean "multiple ways that fraud can occur"? You and I can come up with 10 ways, doesn't mean they are valid or that it did occur.

Well, sure, we could come up with lots more than 10 ways that fraud can occur... fraud comes in all kinds of shapes, sizes and colors.

But that's very different than someone finding and identifying ways that fraud could have occurred in a specific election based on the specific practices and machines of that election. And wanting to pursue the potential further is more accurately called reasonable suspicion -- not a "fishing expedition."

As I understand it, the decision can and probably will be appealed.

Whether it is or isn't appealed, folks need to use the information they do have to demand election reform, because even the possibility is unacceptable and needs to be eliminated.

GREAT NEWS!!! Per Kelli Ward the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has a choice to make...either turn over the subpoenaed routers & provide necessary passwords, or explain under oath why they won't!! Furthermore Biden's corrupt DOJ has ZERO JURISDICTION!

That post was made 8 days ago (May 10th). The lack of an authority giving orders, is what I asked about. This audit was ordered by the Arizona Senate, but they seem to be on frequent vacations, or something. Maybe ordering it was/is the extent of their powers.

It's too bad Senators can't be dragged before a committee and grilled on live TV.

The American public is really getting screwed constantly by the very people we elect to serve us!

What I read and understood during the first standoff -- when Maricopa County refused to turn over any of the election materials -- was that if the Supervisors continued to refuse to comply with the subpoenas, that a supermajority of the Senate could vote to have the Sergeant at Arms arrest the Supervisors, bring them to the Senate floor, and if they continued to refuse, the Senate could declare them in contempt of the Senate and have them arrested and detained until they do comply.

(Note: I have also heard that they only need a simple majority, not a super majority, so I'm not sure, and I can't pin all this down.)

Prior to inviting the Supervisors to the Senate hearing today, the Senate did apparently threaten to have them arrested if they did not appear and explain themselves under oath. They apparently thought better of it, or they did not have the majority needed, so they instead publicly invited the Supervisors.

Good catch, didnt see she had pinned that post.

It was already posted, but direct link to the last update - player.invintus.com...

I didnt get a feel for how many duplicates they couldnt match up, but wish they would have said if just looking at the total duplicates, are the numbers off.

Some rumors to check out during the audit break - link

Trump won the election in Arizona by a massive 2-1 landslide. The numbers from the audit have been leaked to me.

After conducting a forensic audit, the audit team found that the vote flipped by approximately 1.1 million votes! This means that over one-third of the vote was stolen by Democratic Party operatives.

I thought they had only made it through 500k, and this story was back on the 12th. Maybe this is the tip off info. It would be interesting to know what Trumps internal polling was showing for AZ, not sure if Navarro or anyone has released that.

Rumor coverup story -link

Chris unveiled a chart that showed how many votes were counted by Dominion inside of China by state. With this latest information, I see why no election official had the codes as prescribed by law. It seems likely that the votes were free to be counted in China, because there was no real election machine oversight. This also brings in the Maricopa County Sheriff as an agent of cover-up. This is the same Sheriff that let BLM and Antifa rampage, unopposed through downtown Phoenix

Well, the audit isn't complete yet, so yes, they probably are.
I am still grateful for the effort.

I do remember the AZ Senate changing their mind about subpoenaing the county supervisors, just 24 hours after they said they were going to subpoena the supervisors. That sharp U-turn gave me a queasy feeling, because subpoenaing the county supervisors is not a big deal.

When Democrats investigate, they have no hesitation in subpoenaing anyone and everyone.

Most of the "leaks" are probably accurate. If the intent was to demonstrate that enough fraud and negligence occurred, to hand AZ to Joe Biden, Mission Accomplished.

Next, a judge needs to certify the findings. That's the only way to get this kind of bombshell on ABC-CNN-FOX, NYT, etc..

If its not reported by Mainstream Media, 70% of Americans will not know Joe Biden LOST Arizona to Donald Trump.

Finding out WHO organized the fraud and cheating comes next. That needs to be investigated by the Department of Justice. (The one Joe Biden is the boss of.)

The subject of this particular thread seems to have created two distinct sides. Has anyone noticed that one side always resorts to childish name calling? While the other side just wants to partcipate in adult discussion until the truth is revealed - whatever that may turn out to be. I wonder why the two sides are so diametrically opposed in this obvious manner? And it is obvious.

Honestly, the two sides you are talking about were set up over the past 5 years. Some members of both sides resort to childish name calling and also childish memes (although one of the sides can't meme).

If you trust the people handling the audit be an adult and wait until they tell you what they have found.

There is nothing to discuss until then, unless you want to discuss social media gossip/rumors, which is what seems to be driving this thread.

I'm assuming that they didn't have the majority they needed. Maybe someone got "squishy" as I heard someone call it, and changed their mind about subpoenas.

They sure don't. But I'm not exactly a fan of the way Democrats do things either, so I'm not sure what the proper response should be.

I'm more concerned about the "deleted" database... was it deleted and recovered? Or lost and then found? The County is saying it was the software the auditors used that misplaced the files. I have no idea what to believe.

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Antrim Co. Attorney Matthew DePerno Will Appeal Judgeā€™s Decision To Dismiss Voter Fraud Caseā€¦Investigation Isnā€™t Limited To MI

Despite reaching out multiple times, constitutional attorney Matt DePerno, who Plaintiff William Bailey hired to represent him in the Antrim County, MI voter fraud case, has been ignored by almost every media outlet in America.

100 Percent Fed Up Reports ā€“ With the exception of one brave patriot, Rep. Matt Maddock (R), every sitting MI state lawmaker has refused to respond to DePernoā€™s request to sit down with him and go over the information he and his team forensic experts have obtained in their investigation into Antrim Countyā€™s November election, where over 5,000 votes were flipped from President Trump to Joe Biden.

This afternoon, after the 13th District Court Judge Kevin A. Elsenheimer made the decision to dismiss the DePernoā€™s case, the New York Times, Washington Post, and even CNN emailed DePerno, asking to speak with him about the voter fraud case that was dismissed earlier today. DePerno ignored their request and instead opted to speak exclusively with 100 Percent Fed Up and the Gateway Pundit, who have covered his case since it began shortly after the general election.

I don't blame DePerno... I would ignore them too. If they weren't willing to talk to him and report about the case from the beginning, I wouldn't give them a time of day now either.

There is (apparently) a video of the interview at the link, and DePerno talks about what he'll do next, but I haven't watched it. Apparently an extension I've got is blocking it. If someone else watches and wants to post the gist of it, I'd be very appreciative!

Audit official says he ā€˜recoveredā€™ files, undercutting claim county officials deleted them

This is an informative article about the hearing yesterday, basically providing both sides (although it definitely favors the County).

I'm still not sure what to think about the deleted database.

During a hearing in the Senate on Tuesday afternoon, Ben Cotton, founder of the digital forensics company CyFIR, a subcontractor on Senate President Karen Fannā€™s audit team, said he recovered the files after properly configuring the hard drive where the data was stored.

ā€œIā€™ve been able to recover all of those deleted files, and I have access to that data,ā€ Cotton said.

Cottonā€™s explanation indicates that county officials were correct when they said no files had been deleted.

I'm not sure the last sentence follows. If the files were deleted, but not overwritten with new data, then as I understand it, they would be recoverable. This isn't the only report saying that the fact they were recovered means that they were never deleted. I don't know enough to know!
