Near the end of the interview, Clint Hickman says that they have a copy of all the data.
That's good news, hopefully they will turn it over tomorrow along with the routers and passwords.

That would be encouraging! If they do have a copy of the data, which they provide, they can fulfill the subpoena, and still maintain that they did not remove any data without having to point any fingers at Dominion. Maybe they will, but I think they are going to explain why they cannot do that instead.

For example, regarding the routers, he defaulted to the "threat to law enforcement" reasons for refusing, just saying "That's good enough for me." He accepts that information is on there, although others have stated it should not be. They can still accept the auditor's offer to go to the County offices and examine the routers in the presence of County officials.

I found it curious that Hickman said he learned many things about the legal side from the experts they brought in -- but did not specify anything, and he wasn't asked to elaborate or clarify. I want to know!

As far as I understand, data on digital devices can't be simply "deleted" the can be overwritten by new data however.

JinMI, I dont know if you recall back in the day it wasn't just digital devices that employed this, but old style IDE, SATA, SCSI drives employed this as well. LONG ago, norton utilities used to have a utility called disk defragmenter....it's sole purpose was to take FAR away data, and organize it to move it more closely to the center of rotation of the hard drive (thus giving the illusion of "speeding up" the disk drive). The reason it was "orphaned" out in space there was because of how the OS actually deleted files...what they DID, and to some degree still do, is instead of wasting time on removing every bit of data within a file, instead they would nullify the reference to the data in the disk's FAT (file access table) meaning that space was available for overwrite...but if it hadn't been yet overwritten one could in theory recover all that data if they knew where / how to look for it. There also used to be utilities for injecting Hexidecimal F6's into data that was removed from the FAT but had yet to be overwritten, for those worried about electronic forensics of their sensitive data.

BREAKIN G: Michigan Voter Fraud Atty. Matt DePerno’s Office Broken Into – Then VFW Hall Cancels DePerno Presser After Threats!

Matthew DePerno is the brave lawyer representing Bill Bailey, the plaintiff in the Antrim County, MI voter fraud case.

On Friday evening, Matt DePerno’s law office was broken into.

According to DePerno, the break-in took place in the late evening. Police were called to investigate the break-in and it was determined that nothing was stolen. The real question is, who broke into DePerno’s office and what were they looking for?

The press conference has been re-scheduled:

DePerno’s press conference will now be held at 12 PM the American Legion Post 35 at 1231 Hastings St. Traverse City, MI

Hopefully Dominion doesn't own/control the servers for broadcasting this meeting today.

The deleted files have a lot of people making excuses to explain something that's supposedly minor.

www.dailywire.com...

"Yes, but........." is becoming a more common excuse from Democrats.

This is supposed to be a live stream of the Maricopa County BoS meeting --

Liz Harris Twitter

and here --

Periscope Live Stream

-- But neither is working for me. I don't know if it's me or them.

This is the regularly scheduled BoS meeting streaming right now. The open meeting re the audit is schedule for 1:00 AZ time. We are on PDT/MST. MDT would be 2:00, CDT would be 3:00, and EDT would be 4:00.

ETA: It seems that the livestream at the Maricopa County website is broken:

Sorry, an internal error occurred while processing your request. The problem was reported to the site.

Spot on from my recollection.

I've been out of the geek game for awhile.

Now backups may also play into the scenario but I'm not keeping track on how the data has been recovered.

As a side, I'm very curious the ramifications of the observed network traffic being argued.

And they had to be dragged in kicking and screaming to even do that much!

The thing is that they're all right. I could just be a mistake. It could just be duplicate files. It could be a lot of things.

But Maricopa County is the one who went ballistic, who claimed it was an accusation, who identified it as a crime... and refuse to meet with the Senate to give them a reasonable explanation for these "misunderstandings."

Matt DePerno BOMBSHELL: Michigan Attorney Says Anyone with Access to Voting Machine Tabulators Can Change an Election, Backdate Their Cheating (VIDEO)

Matt DePerno: And I’ll tell you something we discovered this weekend. We can now show that after the election is done, someone, anyone really who has access to those tabulators, can reopen the election, run more ballots through the tabulator, print off new tabulator tape with a new balance and backdate that tape to November 3rd.

There's more at the link. It's a two minute video.

But wow! The ugly sure seems to be coming fast and furious this morning...

ETA: I've seen a couple of this guy's videos before. I like him. He's so calm, cool and collected, and explains things so clearly anyone can understand.

What vindication exactly?

You have a Republican reading an article from Gateway Pundit. Who exactly is QDuruji?

Could he have used any more negative adjectives when ever he mentioned Democrats? Little more than slightly biased.

Why worry? Just wait for the official rigged report and all will be just safe right? 😃

Why snap and nibble at every little nit picky opinion from insiders? 😃

Plus there's always this

The Gateway Pundit (TGP) is an American far-right fake news website. The website is known for publishing falsehoods, hoaxes, and conspiracy theories.

Founded by Jim Hoft in 2004, The Gateway Pundit expanded from a one-person enterprise into a multi-employee operation that is supported primarily by advertising revenue. During the 2016 U.S. presidential campaign, the site received over a million unique visitors per day. Twitter permanently suspended Hoft's account (@gatewaypundit) on February 6, 2021, for repeatedly publishing misinformation about the 2020 U.S. presidential election.

Of course he could have! There's a whole slew of negative adjectives that he could have used. But he didn't. In fact, he was pretty darned matter of fact about it all.

On the other hand, pretty much any article/video/ATS post opposing the audits uses at least as many negative adjectives for those wanting audits... "Butthurt Trumpsters" ring any bells?

It is what it is. If I have to hear a few negative adjectives to get some facts, okay. I would much rather have facts with negative adjectives than piss poor excuses with even more negative adjectives.

My best guess is, that speculating upon network traffic is likely a ruse by anyone at all to justify "blackouts" in advance of them happening.

Another election audit:

Judge orders full recount in DuPage County auditor race

A DuPage County judge has ordered a full recount of the November race for DuPage County auditor, ruling there are enough ballots in question to potentially overturn the results.

"Any in-precinct ballot that is not initialed shall be deemed defective and not counted," Judge Craig R. Belford wrote in a written ruling Wednesday.

This isn't being called fraud, it only applies to the county auditor position, and the projected winning margin will be small:

Grogan contends that if the uninitialed ballots are declared invalid and not counted, he would beat White by seven votes.

But this -- buried at the end of the article -- might be more significant, and ultimately have greater repercussions on a much bigger scale:

"We found hundreds of ballots that contained no election judges' initials, which invalidates them. Not addressed in this ruling, but we will certainly be looking into why there are +1600 more ballots than people who voted," he wrote.
