In the Arkansas courts the case type code "RV" means Civil Petition for review. I couldn't find the case number (C-186-RV3-524) in court case search. It likely went immediately into the burn pile.

Yeah...I looked up names and cases....nothing. likely it was just pieced together and made to look like a court docket. No signatures nor dates on the document itself, etc....

Good Q-uestion. I'm unaware of any "former" president ever taking on the government after he left. So there's that.

Former is not in the target box [Former] so we can assume we are not looking for a "news" point of reference.

Caps has indicated looking for the word or phrase to show up somewhere as a marker.

22 always indicates the master numbers 11 or 22 = significant to the bigger picture.

Given the choice made in November was this direction, rather then a clean re-election...

I'd say The Office of The Former President is trolling, not trolling.
