It doesnt "dump" the missile out the back really. The silos are vertical, so they have to load the missile in vertically. I've been down inside an active missile silo before. Its pretty wild up close and personal. Those things are GIGANTIC.

This is a very strange one. What are all those kids doing in the WH at night? Although you would think if there were something nefarious going on they would think of a more sneaky way to take these people out of the place....IDK this is a weird one.

Thank you for sharing this video. Very odd, on so many levels. There was an ambulance too. Did you also notice at the 8:25 mark and then the 8:28 mark that there was no moon and then suddenly the moon is in the frame to the left of the monument? Unless it's a weird reflection of some kind. I sure would love to talk to one of the people on that platform and ask them what the heck they saw and what they platform is for.

Wonder if the usual sneak passages have been cut off/flooded. I saw the videos a few days ago and it for sure raises an eyebrow. Add the consistent blackouts at the WH at night just adds to the mystery.
