Not really. As noted here often and correlated, the rise in the various measurements connect to changes in the collective's overall vibration as well as Earth's itself (the instruments are woefully inadequate and the stats manipulated). It can point to elevations in the collective vibration, as well as energy coming into the realm. It can also point to the interactions between both of those as the work to equalize.

The 7.83, which is the traditional vibratory rate of Earth can be seen as Earth's address, if one is moving about the "universe" or "galaxy" and one had the tech, one would simply input 7.83 and arrive at Earth when the vibration of the "ship" matched Earth's. Saturn as it's own address, not related to 7.83 and so on.

The power level changes and other factors indicate more complex interactions between various energies within the universe, the collective and Earth itself. The charts are helpful, but cannot be taken in isolation.

That said, the data is manipulated - oddly both good and bad. You'll find Doobydoll connecting dropouts of data 17hrs and another connection to 3.14 IIRC, which directly connected to events occurring on Earth at the time in 2018 or 2019.

The incident with the POTUS secret service agent who suddenly died of a massive stroke in Scotland was actually an assassination attempt on POTUS using micro scalar weapons or something like this (i.e. directed energy weapon). There was a large kite flying in the air getting near POTUS (supposedly the directed energy weapon was on the kite), SS agent took POTUS into a secure area but took the hit from the weapon.
