That's my guess as well. Nobody knows what the new court room looks like after gitmo was renovated for the new guests they were promised. I have to say, I had no idea it was so accommodating.

The Trump Legal Team filed an Emergency consideration request with the U.S. Supreme Court regarding the Pennsylvania findings. Requested a review of the filing prior to the January 6th Elector Certification in Congress.

The Supreme Court (Chief Justice Roberts) said; Sure! We'll take a look at it, but not until January 22nd, after Joe Biden is sworn-in, and comfy in the White House.

It's a good thing President Trump and his team understand "the resistance" inside the Supreme Court and made alternate plans.
