It isn't lettering....I just realized it is some kind of lighting. What looks like lettering is the background, or negative space. The lights, or what I think are lights, are round. Could just be a banner with white circles reflecting light I guess....

There is a podium on the stage and a person to the side of it.....this is some type of public speaking event.

Looks like he is watching a monitor. The pipes could be monitor drop down support or something else in the background, but definitely looks like he is looking at a monitor .

in the monitor he appears to be looking at a stage with people.Perhaps a live feed to somewhere else remote?
