Yes, he has the same mindset Hillary Clinton did regarding open borders. But Joe Biden takes it one step further by promising to release all prisoners who did not commit a violent Act.

I could understand her keeping a copy of an UNSIGNED document on her laptop, but to keep a SIGNED copy on a laptop makes no real sense.

Unless what we see here was MEANT to be found, or appear that way at least.

Also, why would people using a "play book" need reminding with a letter about what was in it and need the added explanation of what the plays were all about.

I've seen this in several places today by people who must not work with electricity. Critical infrastructure for government (or any) buildings, like backup generators, will not be out in the open. Likely underground or at least basement level with intake and exhaust piped.
