That was part of the NDAA 2021 bill which Trump vetoed but both House & Senate overrode and became law on Jan 1, 2021. The bill included a provision to require the executive to consult with Congress before invoking the Insurrection Act of 1807.

Thanks for that. I had read that but failed to put it together. Either the information i provided is wrong or its happening any. We are going to find out one way or another.

Didn't have to publish it....he stated it in his video address the day of the capitol incident....that was all that was needed.

That is the confusing part for me. It says "Publish" so I just assumed that meant write something on a piece of paper and sign it while being witnessed.

I was just checking this no fly zone around Washington and there is information saying that there are delays of 1 hour and 45 minutes due to snow and ice. I just checked my link and it is gone so maybe there is more to this.

Some peeps are saying this happened so Trump could get out..

While the country is concerned about the election, ballot fraud, storming of the capital building, covid, business failures,the economy and censoring of free speech, twitter is in a storm about the cover picture of Harris. One cover was of her in a pale blue suit with a gold background which was her choice. If I remember correctly Melania wore a light blue suit during the inauguration. Trump's color for the office was gold. Maybe she has regrets over how she campaigned and is trying to project credibility now.
However Vogue chose for their cover Harris in her frumpy campaign outfit with the casual runners with a pink and green background.
Cranky commented at the time how unprofessional her clothing was for someone hoping to attain the office of VP.
The Biden/Harris lack of campaign and the unprofessional appearance was something more. They didn't expect to win. Now they are heading for the position and now Harris and her crew are trying to figure out how to project professionalism but Vogue is too woke to let that happen.

I've read quite a bit on this, and am not sold on its validity. I think there are a whole lot of false theories like this - sovereign citizen movement, etc - that are designed to mislead and entrap people.

But, if there isn't a thread dedicated to this, there should be, it's a massive rabbit hole all by itself, and a massively important one if true. If there is, a link would be appreciated...
