Haha, yeah I guess it’s a press conference. Feels more like a typical Trump rally.

AG Barr has officially appointed John Durham Special Counsel in the Crossfire Hurricane/FBI investigation. I guess this is good news overall? Makes it much tougher for Biden to just completely drop the entire thing on Day 1.

Former US prosecutor Andy McCarthy says John Durham cannot be a special Council because he is employed by the government.

Interesting clip, granted it is in isolation.

The CNN drones are not picking a way to suss out the story, they are debunking a story of a story of a story and offering an opinion of an opinion of an opinion.

One will notice there is NO reporting of facts or connections etc. They fear facts, they want to offer and opinion on ANOTHER's story, then give that opinion to a viewer who will then use that opinion to form ANOTHER opinion. Notice how he rates WSJ over NYP, but says nothing about his company investigation. Madness.

Jeff Zucker is an idiot. He isn't a mastermind, or dr. evil, he's a useful idiot. He hires folks who simply think like they do in the clip, which leads to perfect opinion forming drivel without any actual effort needed to guide them.

When you take these double voters and add to the other illegal ballots President Trump won and Nevada handily.

Well you would think that would have come up when Barr appointed him a month and a half ago.

Adrian Tomine’s “Love Life”

We’re facing something much darker than a "virus." According to a CDC survey, 1 in 4 young adults are suicidal. Unemployed workers could lose $150 billion in first quarter 2021 and some ~40 million people are/will be facing eviction. Elites are building a technocratic socialist Neo-fascism society and telling us to give up everything that makes life worth living.

$150 billion loss

COVID-19 Eviction Crisis

Nobody really knows the true devastation, yet. On the flip-side they can make it sound much worse which helps usher in their new world agendas through demoralization, despair, severing spiritual connection in releasing a false crisis akin mind-virus under a panDEMic disguise with a false promise...

These people are sick!!

Or attorney general Barr would not have appointed John Durham as special counsel in the first place, if he knew that doing so was not legal.

There are still some strange things going on at the doj.

Re: mobile.twitter.com...

The Trump legal team needs to report this foreign election interference and influence to the Director of National Intelligence.

It's not enough to just tell listeners and viewers what happened. Complaints and reports need to be filed with the proper government Authority.

You should have heard the numbers on lost potential linked to the kids who aren't in school. That was in the trillions.

Aall, it's messing with my 8yr old granddaughter too... after months away from school, now her peer group have all fallen out in the school yard. Rather than sorting it out there and then, the teacher told them to wait til they get home and then hold a Zoom call to sort it out! At that age, after a fall out, girls need to hug to make up, or it leaves a scar of distrust.

You honestly think they haven't/aren't?

? This is just the show part... they have to go through the motions of the civil legal path, whether or not they are successful. This also serves to keep the evil bastards distracted...

John Durham, U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut was appointed as Special Counsel (Updated)

Update: Ah, Barr did not rely on 28 C.F.R. § 600.3. He cited. 28 C.F.R. § 600.4-600.10. Barr relied on other statutory authority to make the appointment: 28 U.S.C § 509, § 510, and § 515. (Still trying to track down the memo, but I have been reliably informed of these citations).

Anyone care to elaborate on what the difference is?

ETA:

I'm not sure how you just ignore § 600.3 Qualifications of the Special Counsel.

28 U.S. Code § 509

28 U.S. Code § 510

28 U.S. Code § 515

Nothing in any of those sections negates 28 C.F.R. § 600.3. I'm of the opinion that, at this point, I need to write off anything that I hear or see regarding what Barr is doing.

I'm not sure who is worse, Barr or Sessions, at this point.
