It is a dream. pence has no authority to not read out the electoral votes for biden.

The constitution is clear when it says the vp shall read those votes. It does not give the vp the right to disregard and choose who they want.

If that were true biden would have chosen hillary. 2016 was a much closer vote and many states could have sent in other electors.
Why didn't he do that?
Ask yourself why no vp has ever done this?
