Nevada votes we're supposed to be cast by both Trump and Biden electors.

It's a strategy being set up by a few states in case a big boom happens to Biden between now and January 6th when the Congress meets to certify the election results.

I started a thread on this yesterday evening.

It doesn't matter . Nevada is bound to vote for the popular vote winner. If they don't then the SOS will refuse their elector vote and replace the elector with one that must sign the pledge.

3.  Only the votes accepted by the Secretary of State pursuant to this section may be recorded on the lists of votes made by the presidential electors pursuant to 3 U.S.C. § 9.

Just had a very nice meeting with Attorney General Bill Barr at the White House. Our relationship has been a very good one, he has done an outstanding job! As per letter, Bill will be leaving just before Christmas to spend the holidays with his family...
Deputy Attorney General Jeff Rosen, an outstanding person, will become Acting Attorney General. Highly respected Richard Donoghue will be taking over the duties of Deputy Attorney General. Thank you to all!

Richard Donoghue, the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York, has been tasked with coordinating the Justice Department's handling of "several open matters" related to Ukraine, the department told lawmakers on Tuesday

In a letter to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler, Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd said the Brooklyn-based federal prosecutor had been assigned by Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen "to coordinate existing matters and to assess, investigate, and address any other matters relating to Ukraine, including the opening of any new investigations or the expansion of existing ones."

Barr said the Justice Department has an "obligation" to assess the information, but he did not elaborate on the nature of the review.

In his Tuesday letter, Boyd said Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen took the action to coordinate all matters related to Ukraine. Boyd wrote that the decision does not grant "any individual unique access to the department.
